Triple chia pudding

Chia… samanta versatila pe care o putem combina cu multa imaginatie. Cu mango, simpla sau cu ciocolata, ne va asigura necesarul de energie pentru intreaga zi. Astazi incercam varianta de budinca tripla cu ciocolata, zmeura si simpla aromata cu migdale.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings):

  • 600 ml lapte de migdale / 600 ml almond milk
  • 75 grame chia / 75 grams chia seeds
  • 3 linguri Dulcisor Sweeteria / 3 tablespoon stevia sweetener
  • 3 picaturi esenta de migdale / 3 drops almond essence
  • 3 picaturi esenta vanilie / 3 drops vanilla essence
  • 1 praf de sare / a pinch of salt
  • 1 lingura cacao / 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 200 grame zmeura / 200 grams raspberry

Intr-un bol amestecam semintele de chia cu laptele de migdale (preparat dupa aceasta reteta), esenta de migdale, vanilie, indulcitorul, praful de sare. Impartim amestecul in 3 parti egale. O parte o lasam simpla, intr-o parte adaugam cacao si intr-o parte zmeura strivita cu ajutorul unei furculite. Lasam la hidratat la frigider cateva ore si apoi aranjam cele 3 compozitii in straturi egale.

Servim cu zmeura proaspata.

Chia … a versatile seed that we can combine with a lot of imagination. With mango, plain or chocolate, it will provide us with the necessary energy for the whole day. Today we try the triple pudding version with chocolate, raspberry and simple flavored with almonds.

In a bowl mix the chia seeds with almond milk (prepared according to this recipe) almond essence, vanilla, sweetener and a pinch of salt.. Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts. One part leave it simple, in one part add cocoa and in the last one crushed raspberries. Let it hydrate in the fridge for a few hours and then arrange the 3 compositions in equal layers.

Serve with fresh raspberries.
