Daily Routine No. 1

  • Mic dejun: 2 ochiuri (fara ulei) si salata de rosii
  • Gustare 1: latte machiatto
  • Pranz: doner kebab de curcan (homemade), orez turcesc, salata de varza si legume
  • Gustare 2: cirese
  • Cina: piept de pui la gratar cu dovlecei marinati

Daily Routine No. 2

  • Mic dejun: omleta din 2 oua cu salata de rosii
  • Gustare 1: latte machiatto
  • Pranz: doner de curcan (homemade), orez turcesc, castraveti murati si sos de usturoi
  • Gustare 2: cirese
  • Cina: salata de ciuperci cu “maioneza” dietetica, rosii si o felie de paine integrala

  • Mic dejun: platou mix de peste cu hering marinat picant, somon afumat, ardei, masline si o felie de paine integrala
  • Gustare 1: latte machiatto
  • Pranz: pulpa de iepure la cuptor, cartofi prajiti fara ulei (in Actifry), legume in tempura
  • Gustare 2: pepene
  • Cina: fasole verde cu usturoi

  • Mic dejun: 1 felie de paine integrala cu seminte cu gem de cirese fara zahar
  • Gustare 1: latte machiatto

  • Gustare 2: 1 clatita cu gem de cirese “homemade” fara zahar
  • Cina: ciorba de fasole verde

  • Breakfast: fish platter with spicy marinated herring, smoked salmon, peppers, olive oil and a slice of wholemeal bread
  • Snack 1: latte machiatto
  • Lunch: baked rabbit meat, oil-free french fries (in Actifry), tempura vegetables
  • Snack 2: watermelon
  • Dinner: green beans with garlic

Daily Routine No. 4

  • Breakfast: 1 slice of wholemeal bread with sugar-free cherry jam
  • Snack 1: latte machiatto
  • Lunch.: beef soup
  • Snack 2: cherries
  • Dinner: portobello caprese mushrooms

  • Breakfast: 1 slice of wholemeal bread, 1 fried egg, smoked salmon, avocado and cucumber salad and tomato salad
  • Snack 1: latte machiatto
  • Lunch: tart with minced meat and mushrooms and mixed salad
  • Snack 2: 1 pancake with cherry jam “homemade” sugarfree
  • Cina: green bean soup
