Dorada la cuptor cu sos de rosii

Un pranz rapid. Usor de pregatit, rapid de consumat si extrem de aromat. Rosiile proaspete, cimbrul, usturoiul vor transforma un pranz banal intr-unul sofisticat.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 dorada / 1 sea bream
  • 2 rosii / 2 tomatoes
  • 1 lingurita cimbru / 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 3 catei de usturoi / 3 garlic cloves
  • Masline / Olives
  • Capere / Capers
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sare / Salt

Curatam bine dorada si o uscam cu un servetel absorbant. O presaram cu sare si cimbru atat pe interior cat si pe exterior.

Taiem rosiile cubulete si le amestecam cu sare, cimbru, usturoi zdrobit, masline si capere.

Ungem o tava cu ulei, asezam pestele si adaugam amestecul de rosii langa dorada. Introducem tava in cuptor pentru 30 de minute la 180 grade Celsius.

Servim dorada alaturi de sosul delicios de rosii.

Sea Bream in tomato sauce

A quick lunch. Easy to prepare, quick to eat and extremely flavoured. Fresh tomatoes, thyme, garlic will turn an ordinary lunch into a sophisticated one.

Clean the sea bream well and dry it with an absorbent napkin. Sprinkle with salt and thyme both inside and out.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and mix them with salt, thyme, crushed garlic, olives and capers.

Grease a pan with oil, place the fish and add the tomato mixture next to the sea bream. Put the tray in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Serve the sea bream with the delicious tomato sauce.
