Spicy Mushroom Noodles

A trecut ceva timp de cand nu am mai gatit nimic cu tenta asiatica, asa ca am vrut sa fac ceva simplu și super aromat. Din bucataria asiatica, ador taieteii gatiti in orice combinatii. Astazi incercam o varianta simpla de taietei cu ciuperci si susan usor picanti.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)

  • 200 grame taietei / 200 grams noodles
  • 300 grame ciuperci / 300 grams mushroom
  • 2 linguri ulei de susan / 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cepe verzi / 4 green onions
  • 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 lingurita ghimbir ras / 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 lingurita fulgi de chilli / 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 2 linguri sos de soia / 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 ardei iute verde / 1 green hot pepper
  • 2 linguri otet de orez / 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • Seminte de susan / Sesame seeds
  • Sare / Salt

Taiem ardeiul iute cubulete mici, presaram cu sare si adaugam otetul de orez. Il lasam la marinat minim 15 minute.

Pregatim taieteii conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj si ii scurgem. Adaugam o lingura de ulei de masline si amestecam bine.

Intre timp, incingem uleiul de susan intr-un wok si adaugam usturoiul zdrobit cu lama unui cutit, partea alba din ceapa verde taiata marunt, fulgii de chilli si ghimbirul. Lasam pe foc mediu 1 minut si adaugam sosul soia si ciupercile taiate felii. Gatim pe foc mediu ciupercile timp de 5-6 minute si adaugam ceapa verde ramasa si taieteii. Amestecam bine si mai lasam pe foc 1-2 minute.

Presaram taieteii cu seminte de susan si adaugam deasupra dressingul de ardei iute cu otet.

It’s been a while since I’ve cooked anything with an Asian touch, so I wanted to make something simple and super flavoured. From Asian cuisine, I love cooked noodles in any combination. Today we try a simple version of noodles with slightly spicy mushrooms and sesame.

Cut the hot pepper into small cubes, sprinkle with salt and add the rice vinegar. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package and drain them. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and mix well.

Meanwhile, heat the sesame oil in a wok and add the crushed garlic, the white part of the finely chopped green onion, the chilli flakes and the ginger. Leave on medium heat for 1 minute and add the soy sauce and sliced mushrooms. Leave on medium heat until the mushrooms are cooked (5 – 7 minutes) and add the remaining green onions and noodles. Mix well and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.

Sprinkle the slices with sesame seeds and add the hot pepper dressing with vinegar on top.
