Iata o varianta mai sanatoasa a retetei traditionale, care foloseste ingrediente proaspete si usoare. Aceasta salata de oua este nu doar delicioasa, dar si usor de facut. INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)
- 3 oua fierte tari
- 2 cepe verzi
- 40 grame iaurt grecesc
- 25 grame mascarpone
- 30 grame smantana dulce
- 1 lingura suc de lamaie
- 2 lingurite mustar
- Piper
- Boia
- Sare
Incepem prin a pregati maioneza. Eu am ales o varianta mai dietetica, insa puteti sa mergeti si pe varianta clasica. Intr-un blender punem iaurtul, mascarpone, smantana dulce, mustarul, sucul de lamaie si sarea si mixam pana obtinem o crema fina.
Intr-un bol amestecam ceapa taiata marunt cu maioneza, piperul, boia si sare dupa gust. Adaugam ouale taiate in cubulete mari si amestecam usor pentru a nu le zdrobi.
Servim salata de oua presarata cu marar tocat marunt si paine prajita pentru un plus de textura si gust.

It is an excellent alternative to classic mayonnaise, being lighter and healthier. It can be customized according to preferences, adding other vegetables or spices. INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 2 green onions
- 40 grams Greek yogurt
- 25 grams mascarpone
- 30 grams double ream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Salt
Start by preparing the mayonnaise. I chose a more dietetic version, but you can also go for the classic version. Put the yogurt, mascarpone, double cream, mustard, lemon juice and salt in a blender and mix until you get a smooth cream.
In a bowl, mix finely chopped onion with mayonnaise, pepper, paprika and salt to taste. Add eggs cut into large cubes and mix gently so as not to crush them.
Serve egg salad sprinkled with finely chopped dill and toasted bread for extra texture and taste.
