INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)

  • 100 grame hummus
  • 200 grame naut din conserva
  • 1/4 lingurita fulgi de chilli
  • 1/4 lingurita oregano
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline
  • 2 felii de paine integrala
  • Patrunjel verde
  • Sare
  • 2 oua (optional)

Scurgem nautul din conserva si il stergem cu prosoape absorbante. Condimentam cu sare, oregano, fulgi de chilii si o lingura de ulei. Rasturnam nautul in tava Actifry si il prajim timp de 15 minute pana cand este frumos rumenit. Putem de asemenea sa il coacem in cuptior la 180 grade Celsius.

Intre timp prajim 2 felii de paine integrala intr-o lingura de ulei de masline si le ungem cu hummus.

Taiem avocado in jumatate si apoi in felii pe care le asezam deasupra hummus-ului. Adaugam nautul crocant, patrunjel verde tocat marunt si servim.

Serviti toastul ca atare sau daca nu doriti o varianta de post, va recomand sa adaugati deasupra cate un ou ochi pentru un mic dejun senzational.

Avocado Hummus Toast

Avocado Hummus Toast or an invitation to discover a delicious and healthy recipe that will turn your breakfast or brunch into an unforgettable culinary experience. This toast recipe with hummus, crispy chickpeas and avocado is perfect for those looking for a vegetable option full of flavor and nutrients. An incredibly tasty recipe, but also easy to prepare, making breakfast a special moment of the day. Whether you choose the vegetarian version or add an egg, this toast with hummus, chickpeas and avocado will satisfy any healthy and delicious craving.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)

  • 100 grams hummus
  • 200 grams canned chickpeas
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 slices wholemeal bread
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • 2 eggs (optional)

Drain the chickpeas from the can and wipe them with absorbent towels. Season with salt, oregano, chili flakes and a spoonful of oil. Spread the chickpeas in the Actifry pan and fry it for 15 minutes until it is nicely browned. You can also bake it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

In the meantime, fry 2 slices of wholemeal bread in a spoonful of olive oil and spread them with hummus.

Cut the avocado in half and then into slices that we place on top of the hummus. Add the crispy chickpeas, finely chopped green parsley and serve.

Serve the toast as it is or if we don’t want a vegetable version, I recommend adding a fried or a poached egg on top for a sensational breakfast.
