O nebunie de texturi si gusturi. Cam asa se poate caracteriza aceasta salata versatila. Pe principiul “all in one”, o putem servi atat ca aperitiv cat si ca salata care sa acompanieze o friptura la gratar.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 vinete coapte / 2 grilled eggplants
  • 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
  • 2 cepe verzi / 2 green onions
  • 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
  • Sucul de la 1/2 lamaie / half lemon juice
  • Sare / Salt
  • 5 rosii cherry / 5 cherry tomatoes
  • Patrunjel verde / Parsley
  • Menta / Mint
  • Rodie / Pomengranate
  • Ulei de masline / Olive oil

Taiem vinetele coapte pe gratar in bucati marisoare. Adaugam ceapa rosie si verde taiata marunt, sarea, patrunjelul si menta taiate marunt, usturoiul strivit, sucul de lamaie si uleiul de masline. Amestecam si adaugam 2 linguri de bobite de rodie si rosiile taiate cubulete. Amestecam din nou foarte usor si servim cu multa pofta.

A madness of textures and tastes. This is how this versatile salad can be characterized. On the „all in one” principle, we can serve it both as an appetizer and as a salad to accompany a grilled steak.

Cut the grilled eggplant into small pieces. Add finely chopped red and green onions, salt, finely chopped parsley and mint, crushed garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix and add 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds and diced tomatoes. Mix again very easily and serve with a lot of appetite.
