Classicul quiche este o reteta atemporala careia astazi ii dam o reinterpretare de Carbonara Quiche. Usor de facut, perfect pentru orice masa si grozava pe tot parcursul anului. Uneori, o reteta clasica este tot ce ai nevoie pentru o masa fabuloasa, iar propunerea de astazi este una dintre acestea. Un quiche simplu cu bacon si branza, plin de arome si atat de usor de facut!

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 6 portii / for 6 servings)

  • 400 grame aluat foietaj / 400 grams pastry puff
  • 5 oua / 5 eggs
  • 200 ml smantana dulce / 200 ml double cream
  • 150 grame ricotta / 150 grams ricotta
  • 300 grame bacon / 300 grams bacon
  • 8 felii bacon / 8 bacon slices
  • 3 catei de usturoi / 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 lingurita piper / 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 100 grame parmezan ras / 100 grams grated parmesan
  • 3 linguri chives taiat marunt / 3 tablespoons chives finely chopped
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil

Intr-o tigaie incingem o lingura de ulei de masline si adaugam usturoiul. Calim usor timp de 30 de secunde si adaugam baconul taiat cubulete. Lasam pe foc timp de 7 – 8 minute, amestecand ocazional pana cand baconul este usor rumenit. Lasam apoi la racit.


Intr-un bol amestecam ouale cu smantana dulce, ricotta, chives, piper, jumatate din cantitatea de parmezan si baconul racit.

Intre timp, incalzim cuptorul la 180 grade Celsius si aranjam aluatul de foietaj intr-o forma rotunda cu diametrul de 20 cm. Coacem aluatul timp de 10 minute, apoi rasturnam deasupra amestecul de bacon. Decoram cu feliile de bacon, presaram restul de parmezan si introducem in cuptor pentru 35 – 40 de minute.

Lasam tarta la racit timp de 10 minute apoi servim cu multa placere.

Daca v-a placut reteta de Carbonara Quiche, va recomand sa incercati si o tarta cu praz, o tarta cu feta si smochine sau o budinca cu brie si bacon.

Carbonara Quiche

The classic quiche is a timeless recipe that today we give a reinterpretation of Carbonara Quiche. Easy to make, perfect for any meal and great all year round. Sometimes a classic recipe is all you need for a fabulous meal, and today’s recipe is one of those. A simple quiche with bacon and cheese, full of flavors and so easy to make!

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. fry gently for 30 seconds and add the diced bacon. Leave on the fire for 7 – 8 minutes, stirring from time to time, until the bacon is lightly browned. Then let it cool.

In a bowl, mix eggs with sweet cream, ricotta, chives, pepper, half the amount of parmesan and the cooled bacon.

Meanwhile, heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and arrange the puff pastry in a round shape with a diameter of 20 cm. Bake the dough for 10 minutes, then pour the bacon mixture on top. Decorate with the bacon slices, sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan cheese and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes.

Let the tart cool for 10 minutes, then serve with great pleasure.
