Cheesy X – Mas Tree este o reteta care nu poate sa lipseasca de pe masa de sarbatori. Mini chiflele pufoase umplute cu cascaval, scufundate in sos de unt, usturoi si patrunjel si presarate cu parmezan vor fi pe placul tuturor.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 6 portii / for 6 servings)
- 500 grame faina / 500 grams flour
- 40 g drojdie proaspata / 40 grams fresh yeast
- 1 lingurita sare / 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 lingurita zahar / 1 teaspoon sugar
- 5 linguri ulei de masline / 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 280 ml lapte cald / 280 ml warm milk
- 150 grame cascaval / 150 grams cheese
- 50 grame unt / 50 grams butter
- 30 grame parmezan / 30 grams parmesan
- 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
- 2 linguri patrunjel verde / 2 tablespoons parsley

Intr-un bol punem faina. In mijloc adaugam drojdia, zaharul si putin lapte cald. Lasam 15 minute si apoi adaugam restul de lapte si mixam. Framantam cu ajutorul unui mixer sau cu mana si adaugam sarea si uleiul de masline. Acoperim bolul cu un prosop si lasam la dospit timp de 1 ora. Rasturnam aluatul pe un blat presarat cu faina si il intindem intr-o foaie groasa de 0.5 cm. Taiem aluatul in patrate de 3×3 cm. In mijlocul fiecarui patrat punem cascaval ras si il modelam sub forma de bila. Asezam toate bilele sub forma de brad.

Coacem bradul in cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius pentru 25 – 30 de minute pana cand este frumos rumenit. Il scoatem din cuptor si il ungem cu un amestec de unt topit, usturoi zdrobit si patrunjel verde. Presaram parmezan si il servim cu multa pofta.

Daca v-a placut reteta de Cheesy X – Mas Tree, va recomand sa incercati si o fougasse cu masline si oregano sau o capresse flatbread.

Cheesy X – Mas Tree
Cheesy X – Mas Tree is a recipe that can not be missed on the holiday table. Mini fluffy buns stuffed with cheese, dipped in butter, garlic and parsley sauce, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese will please everyone.
Put flour in a bowl. In the middle add the yeast, sugar and a little warm milk. Leave for 15 minutes and then add the rest of the milk and mix. Knead with a mixer or by hand and add salt and olive oil. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave to rise for 1 hour. Pour the dough on a floured table and spread it on a 0.5 cm thick sheet. Cut the dough into 3×3 cm squares. In the middle of each square put grated cheese and shape it into a ball. Place all the balls in the shape of a tree.
Bake the X – Mas tree in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes until it is nicely browned. Remove from the oven and grease with a mixture of melted butter, crushed garlic and green parsley. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve it with great appetite.
