INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)

  • 4 cocosei de padure
  • 100 grame unt
  • 1 legatura de leurda
  • 1 legatura de patrunjel
  • Sare
  • 12 cartofi mici

Incepem prin a curata bine cocoseii. Stergem apoi, puii cu servetele absorbante atat pe interior cat si pe exterior. Presaram cocoseii cu sare, ii lasam la rece cateva ore si apoi pregatim untul aromat. Mixam untul la temperatura camerei cu leurda, patrunjel verde si putina sare.

Ungem cocoseii pe interior si pe exterior cu acest amestec de unt si ii asezam intr-o tava mai adanca. Acoperim cu folie de aluminiu si introducem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade Celsius pentru 30 de minute.

Intre timp spalam cartofii si aranjam pe 2 bete de frigarui. Scoatem tava din cuptor si adaugam deasupra cartofii. Introducem din nou tava in cuptor pentru 30 de minute fara sa o mai acoperim.

La expirarea timpului intoarcem puii si mai lasam la cuptor inca 30 de minute, apoi pornim functia grill a cuptorului pentru 15 minute pana cand cocoseii de padure sunt frumos rumeniti.

INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)

  • 4 coquelets
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 bunch wild garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Salt
  • 12 small potatoes

Start by cleaning the coquelets well. Then wipe the chickens with absorbent napkins both inside and outside. Sprinkle the coquelets with salt, let them cool for a few hours and then prepare the aromatic butter. Mix butter at room temperature with wild garlic, green parsley and a pinch of salt.

Grease the coquelets inside and outside with this butter mixture and place them in a deeper tray. Cover with aluminum foil and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, wash the potatoes and arrange them on 2 skewers. Remove the tray from the oven and add the potatoes on top. Put the tray back in the oven for 30 minutes without covering it.
