Inca nu s-a terminat sezonul rosiilor de gradina. Asa ca de ce sa nu incercam o reteta savuroasa cu sos de tomate si buratta.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 200 grame paste / 200 grams pasta
- 4 rosii / 4 tomatoes
- 1 lingurita de zahar / 1 teaspoon sugar
- Sare / Salt
- 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Buratta / Buratta
Alegem 4 rosii mari si frumoase, le spalam si le taiem felii. Incingem uleiul de masline intr-o tigaie si adaugam feliile de rosii, zaharul si sarea. Lasam pe foc mediu, amestecand constant pana cand rosiile se caramelizeaza usor si obtinem un sos consistent.
Intre timp fierbem pastele conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj. Eu am ales penne gigant, alintate “burlane” de catre prieteni ( 😛), insa puteti alege orice model.
Dupa ce sunt fierte pastele, le scurgem dar nu le clatim. Adaugam pastele in sos si mai lasam pe foc 1 – 2 minute. Rasturnam intr-un bol si asezam deasupra branza buratta rupta bucati.

The garden tomato season is not over yet. So why not try a tasty recipe with tomato sauce and buratta.
Choose 4 large and beautiful tomatoes, wash them and cut them into slices. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the tomato slices, sugar and salt. Leave on medium heat, stirring constantly until the tomatoes are caramelized and get a consistent sauce.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. I chose giant penne, also called „pipes” by friends (😛), but you can choose any type of pasta.
After the pasta is cooked, drain it but do not rinse it. Add the pasta to the sauce and let it cook for another 1-2 minutes. Pour into a bowl and place on top the broken buratta cheese.
Serve with great appetite!
