Crostini alle Fragole, cu frumoasa lor culoare roz sunt aperitivele perfecte pentru o seara calduroasa de vara. Capsunile proaspete si busuiocul sunt marinate intr-un amestec de otet balsamic si ulei de masline extravirgin. Impreuna, aceste ingrediente creeaza o explozie de arome, o salata proaspata usor acidulata, delicioasa pe care ai putea sa o mananci cu lingurita direct din bol! Daca nu ati incercat niciodata aceasta combinație, ei bine, este momentul potrivit sa o faceti!

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)

  • 1 bagheta / 1 baguette
  • 250 grame mozzarella proaspata / 250 grams fresh mozzarella
  • 2 linguri busuioc / 2 tablespoons basil
  • 300 grame capsuni / 300 grams strawberry
  • 1 lingura crema de otet balsamic / 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Sare / Salt
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil

Reteta este foarte simpla. Taiem bagheta in felii groase de 1 cm. Ungem o tigaie cu ulei de masline si prajim feliile de paine pe ambele parti.

Intre timp taiem capsunile in cubulete mici si adaugam o lingura de ulei de masline, crema de otet balsamic, sarea si busuiocul taiat marunt.

Asezam pe fiecare felie de paine, cate o felie de mozzarella si cate 2 linguri de salata de capsuni.

Servim cu multa pofta, alaturi de un pahar de Sonet rose de la Crama Stramutata, un cupaj de o culoare intensa de cirese roz, balantat intre Syrahul cu un buchet bogat in arome de piper si fructe si Feteasca Neagra care evidentiaza arome de fructe de padure, visine, prune uscate, stafide negre, usor condimentat, cu adieri de violete, scortisoara, piper negru boabe, ienibahar sau vanilie. Intens, floral, condimentat, cu un final prelungit, Sonetul 2022 este un vin ce se poate consuma tot timpul anului, temperatura recomandata de servire fiind de 10-12 grade Celsius.

Crostini alle Fragole

Crostini alle Fragole, with their beautiful pink color, are the perfect appetizers for a warm summer evening. Fresh strawberries and basil are marinated in a mixture of balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Together, these ingredients create an explosion of flavors, a fresh, slightly acidic, delicious salad that you could eat by the spoonful straight from the bowl! The recipe is very simple. Cut the baguette into 1 cm thick slices. Grease a pan with olive oil and fry the bread slices on both sides.

Meanwhile, cut the strawberries into small cubes and add a spoonful of olive oil, balsamic vinegar cream, salt and finely chopped basil.

Place a slice of mozzarella and 2 tablespoons of strawberry salad on each slice of bread.

Serve with great appetite alongside a glass of Sonet rosé from Crama Stramutata, a blend of an intense pink cherry color, balanced between Syrah with a bouquet rich in pepper and fruit aromas and Feteasca Neagra, which highlights aromas of forest fruits, cherries, prunes, black raisins, lightly spiced, with hints of violets, cinnamon, black peppercorns, allspice or vanilla. Intense, floral, spicy, with a prolonged finish, Sonnet 2022 is a wine that can be consumed all year round, the recommended serving temperature being 10-12 degrees Celsius.
