Friptura de porc in sos de cidru este o reteta reconfortanta si usor de preparat, ideala pentru o masa de pranz. Carnea de porc frageda este gatita intr-un sos aromat de cidru, impreuna cu ceapa, mere si ierburi proaspete. Aceasta friptura de porc este plina de arome delicioase si poate fi insotita cu un piure de cartofi pentru a completa savoarea mesei.

INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)
- 1 kg spata de porc
- 1 lingura ulei
- 250 ml cidru de mere
- 150 ml supa de pui
- 2 crengute rozmarin
- 2 crengute cimbru
- Sare
- 1 ceapa rosie
- 1 mar
Pentru aceasta friptura, am ales sa folosesc spata de porc. Dupa ce o curatam meticulos, o stergem cu grija folosind servetele absorbante. Apoi, o presaram generos cu sare mare si o lasam sa se marineze pentru cateva ore.
Dupa cum bine stiti, imi place sa gatesc fripturile in tigaia Tefal One Pot, deoarece se prepara rapid si sunt delicioase. Cu toate acestea, reteta poate fi realizata si in modul traditional, ajustand timpii de gatire.
Incepem prin a selecta functia „Brown” si adaugam o lingura de ulei de masline. Carnea se rumeneste timp de 3 minute pe fiecare parte, in total de 12 minute. Apoi adaugam supa de pui si cidrul de mere, impreuna cu crengutele de cimbru si rozmarin. Acoperim cu capacul si selectam functia de gatire sub presiune pentru 30 de minute.
Odata ce timpul a expirat, depresurizam oala si transferam carnea impreuna cu sosul intr-o tava termorezistenta. Adaugam merele si ceapa taiate in felii groase.
Introducem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade Celsius pentru 20 de minute, intorcand carnea la jumatatea timpului. La finalizarea acestui interval, folosim functia grill a cuptorului pentru 10 – 15 minute pentru a rumeni frumos friptura.
Scoatem friptura din cuptor si o acoperim cu folie de aluminiu, apoi o lasam sa se odihneasca timp de 10 minute inainte de a o servi.
Servim friptura frageda de porc alaturi de piure de cartofi stropit din belsug cu sos de mere si ceapa rosie.

Braised Pork Shoulder in Cider Sauce
Braised Pork Shoulder in Cider Sauce is a comforting and easy-to-prepare recipe, ideal for a lunch. Tender pork is cooked in an aromatic cider sauce, together with onions, apples and fresh herbs. This pork roast is full of delicious flavors and can be accompanied with mashed potatoes to complete the flavor of the meal.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)
- 1 kg of pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 250 ml apple cider
- 150 ml chicken soup
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- 2 thyme sprigs
- Salt
- 1 red onion
- 1 apple
For this steak, I prefer to use pork shoulder. After cleaning it meticulously, carefully wipe it using absorbent napkins. Then, sprinkle it generously with salt and let it marinate for a few hours.
As you well know, I like to cook steaks in the Tefal One Pot pan, because they are quick to prepare and delicious. However, the recipe can also be made in the traditional way, adjusting the cooking times.
Start by selecting the „Brown” function and add a spoonful of olive oil. Brown the meat for 3 minutes on each side, a total of 12 minutes. Then add the chicken soup and the apple cider, together with the sprigs of thyme and rosemary. Cover with the lid and select the pressure cooking function for 30 minutes.
Once the time has expired, depressurize the pot and transfer the meat together with the sauce to a heat-resistant tray. Add the apples and onions cut into thick slices. Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, turning the meat halfway through. At the end of this interval, use the grill function of the oven for 10 – 15 minutes to nicely brown the steak.
Remove the steak from the oven and cover it with aluminum foil, then let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve the pork steak with mashed potatoes sprinkled with apple and red onion sauce.
