Gnocchi cu prosciutto, spanac si ciuperci este o reteta super rapida care pune in valoare aceste galuste de origine italiana, avand la baza gris sau faina si cartofi, gatite si consumate aproape in acelasi mod ca si pastele. Gnocchi pot fi pregatite prin fierbere sau pur si simplu, trase la tigaie. Pentru o crusta crocanta, extrem de gustoasa, eu am ales varianta a doua.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 400 grame gnocchi / 400 grams gnocchi
- 80 grame prosciutto / 80 grams prosciutto
- 200 grame ciuperci conservate / 200 grams canned mushrooms
- 100 grame spanac proaspat / 100 grams fresh spinach
- Sare / Salt
- 4 linguri ulei de masline / 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 catei de usturoi / 5 garlic cloves
- 25 grame parmezan / 25 grams parmesan

Intr-o tigaie incingem uleiul de masline si adaugam usturoiul zdrobit cu ajutorul unui cutit. Calim usturoiul usor timp de 30 de secunde si adaugam prosciutto taiat fasii. Prajim inca 2 minute si adaugam ciupercile, gnocchi si o cana de apa. Continuam sa gatim timp de 5 – 7 minute. Cand apa este evaporata, adaugam spanacul si amestecam. Mai lasam pe foc 1 minut, apoi impartim pastele in 2 farfurii.

Servim gnocchi presarate cu parmezan si un pahar cu vin alb.

Gnocchi with prosciutto, spinach and mushrooms
Gnocchi with prosciutto, spinach and mushrooms is a super quick recipe that highlights these dumplings of Italian origin, made with semolina or flour and potatoes, cooked and eaten almost in the same way as pasta. Gnocchi can be prepared by boiling or simply pan-fried. For a crispy, extremely tasty crust, I chose the second option.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the crushed garlic with a knife. Heat the garlic lightly for 30 seconds and add the sliced prosciutto. Fry for 2 minutes and add the mushrooms, gnocchi and a cup of water. Continue to cook for 8-10 minutes. When the water has evaporated, add the spinach and mix. Let it cook for another minute, then divide the pasta into 2 plates.
Serve gnocchi sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and a glass of white wine.
