INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

  • 350 grame linguine / 350 grams linguine pasta
  • 750 grame rosii cherry / 750 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
  • 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 ardei iute rosu / 1/2 hot pepper
  • 10 frunze busuioc / 10 basil leaves
  • 100 ml vin alb / 100 ml white wine
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 grame burrata / 200 grams buratta
  • 30 grame parmezan / 30 grams parmesan
  • Sare / Salt

Spalam rosiile cherry, ceapa si usturoiul. Taiem rosiile si ceapa in jumatati si usturoiul in felii subtiri. Incingem o tigaie si adaugam uleiul de masline. Adaugam rosiile, ceapa, usturoiul si sarea. Amestecam si adaugam si 5 frunze de busuioc.

Acoperim cu un capac si gatim la foc mediu timp de 10 minute. Amestecam si adaugam 100 ml vin alb si continuam sa gatim timp de 15 minute la foc mediu amestecand ocazional. La expirarea timpului, dam deoparte si lasam sa se raceasca. Indepartam frunzele de busuioc si rasturnam legumele intr-un blender. Adaugam buratta rupta in bucati si mixam bine pana obtinem un sos consistent.

Intre timp fierbem pastele conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj. Pastram intr- o cana 100 ml de apa in care au fiert pastele si apoi le scurgem. In acelasi timp punem intr-un blender de mare putere parmezanul taiat cuburi alaturi de 5 frunze de busuioc.

Intr-o tigaie punem sosul, pastele si apa pastrata de la paste. Punem pe foc mediu spre mare si gatim timp de 5 minute, amestecand ocazional.

Impartim pastele in 4 farfurii, presaram parmezan cu busuioc si servim alaturi de cel mai nou si mai elegant vin de la Crama Strămutată, Protocol, un Sauvignon Blanc plin de viata, cu note de soc si arome puternice de agrise, iarba salbatica si lamaie verde; proaspat la gust cu tonuri minerale.

These linguine with tomatoes, burrata and parmesan with basil are the perfect recipe for a weekend dinner. Sweet tomatoes, garlic, parmesan, basil and melted burrata are a dream come true on a plate. So fresh! Definitely, the ultimate family dinner! Although everything seems simple, some ingredients will amaze from the point of view of harmony of taste.

Wash the cherry tomatoes, onion and garlic. Cut the tomatoes and onions in half and the garlic into thin slices. Heat a pan and add the olive oil. Add the tomatoes, onion, garlic and salt. Mix and add 5 basil leaves.

Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Mix and add 100 ml of white wine and continue to cook for 15 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally. When the time is up, set aside and let it cool. Remove the basil leaves and put the vegetables in a blender. Add the buratta broken into pieces and mix well until you get a consistent sauce.
