(Good) Morning Burger este combinatia ideala dintre un burger si ingredientele specifice unei dimineti. Alegem niste chifle pufoase negre si le desavarsim cu avocado, ciuperci si oua posate cu sos cremos de lamaie pentru un brunch de senzatie.

  • 4 chifle negre / 4 black buns
  • 2 avocado / 2 avocados
  • 400 grame ciuperci proaspete / 400 grams fresh mushroom
  • 4 oua / 4 eggs
  • 2 linguri ulei masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 galbenus / 1 egg yolks
  • 1 lingurita mustar / 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 3 linguri ulei / 3 tablespoons oil
  • 100 ml smantana dulce / 100 ml double cream
  • Ceapa rosie / Red onion
  • Sare / Salt
  • Seminte de susan negru / Black sesame seeds

Pentru inceput vom pregati ciupercile. Le spalam si le taiem felii subtiri. Incingem 2 linguri ulei de masline si adaugam ciupercile. Presaram sare si le gatim la foc mare timp de 10 – 15 minute, pana cand apa lasata de ciuperci se evapora complet.

Pentru sos, mixam galbenusul de ou cu mustar si sare. Adaugam treptat 3 linguri de ulei. La final incorporam smantana, continuand sa mixam pana obtinem un sos consistent.

Taiem chiflele in doua si le incalzim. Pe fiecare baza de chifla punem cate jumatate de avocado, ciuperci, ceapa rosie taiata marunt, cate un ou posat si acoperim cu sos si seminte de susan.

Morning Burger

(Good) Morning Burger is the ideal combination of a burger and the specific breakfast’s ingredients. Choose some fluffy black buns and finish them with avocado, mushrooms and poached eggs laid with lemon cream sauce for a sensational brunch.

First prepare the mushrooms. Wash them and cut into thin slices. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and add the mushroom slices. Sprinkle with salt and cook over high heat for 10-15 minutes, until the water left by the mushrooms evaporates completely.

For the sauce, mix the egg yolk with the mustard and salt. Gradually add 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the double cream, continuing to mix.

Cut the buns in half and heat them. On each base of the bun we put half an avocado, mushrooms, finely chopped red onion, a poached egg and cover with sauce and sesame seeds.
