INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)

  • 600 grame pulpe si piept de pui dezosat
  • 200 grame mozzarella
  • 50 grame parmezan
  • 1 ceapa
  • Sare
  • Piper
  • 2 oua
  • 1 lingurita ulei de masline
Nuggets de pui cu mozzarella si parmezan

Intr-un blender tocam marunt parmezanul si apoi mozzarella. Rasturnam branzeturile intr-un bol. Tocam ceapa marunt si o adaugam peste branzeturi.

In bolul unui mixer de mare putere punem carnea taiata in cubulete si o tocam marunt, apoi adaugam deasupra ceapa si branzeturile.

Adaugam deasupra 2 oua, sare si piper, amestecam bine si mixam pana obtinem o pasta fina.

Cu mainile umezite formam nuggets-uri pe care le asezam pe o folie de aluminiu. Ungem tava de la Tefal Actifry si adaugam nuggets-urile. Prajim timp de 20 de minute pana cand sunt frumos rumenite.

Servim nuggets-urile de pui alaturi de cartofi prajiti sau copti, sosuri dupa plac si castraveti murati picanti.

This recipe combines the familiar taste of chicken nuggets with the creaminess of mozzarella and the richness of flavors of parmesan. The outcome? A protein meal full of delicious flavors. Whether you are looking for a healthy alternative to fast food or want to impress your guests with a gourmet snack at your next party, chicken nuggets with mozzarella and parmesan are the perfect choice.

INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)

  • 600 grams boneless chicken legs and breast
  • 200 grams mozzarella
  • 50 grams parmesan
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

In a blender, finely chop the parmesan and then the mozzarella. Pour the cheeses into a bowl. Finely chop the onion and add it over the cheeses.

In the bowl of a high-powered mixer, put the diced meat and chop it finely, then add the onion and the cheeses on top.

Add 2 eggs, salt and pepper on top, mix well and mix until you get a fine paste.

With moistened hands, form nuggets that we place on an aluminum foil. Grease the Tefal Actifry tray and add the nuggets. Fry for 20 minutes until they are nicely browned.

Serve the chicken nuggets with fried or baked potatoes, sauces of your choice and spicy pickles.
