Nu cred ca atunci cand vine vorba de un mic dejun pe baza de oua exista vreo limita a combinatiilor. Cu legume, branzeturi, mezeluri sau peste vom avea combinatii infinite.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings):
- 4 oua / 4 eggs
- 1 avocado / 1 avocado
- 1 rosie / 1 tomato
- 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
- 1 ardei iute / 1 hot pepper
- Patrunjel / Parsley
- 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sare / Salt
- Baby spanac / Baby spinach
- Otet balsamic / Balsamic vinegar
Pentru pico de gallo, taiem ceapa si ardeiul iute marunt si rosia cubulete. Amestecam legumele intr-un bol impreuna cu patrunjelul, sarea si 1 lingurita ulei de masline.
Pentru omleta, spargem cate 2 oua intr-un bol si le batem cu sare si o lingurita de apa minerala sau lapte. Ungem o tigaie cu foarte putin ulei de masline. Rasturnam ouale in tigaia incinsa, acoperim cu un capac si preparam la foc mic spre mediu (nu este nevoie sa intoarcem omleta). Rasturnam omleta pe o farfurie.
Servim cu avocado, pico de gallo si salata de baby spanac asezonata cu sare, putin ulei de masline si otet balsamic.

Omlette & Pico de Gallo
I don’t think there is a limit to the combinations when it comes to egg-based breakfast. With vegetables, cheeses, sausages or fish we will have infinite combinations.
For pico de gallo, cut the onion, hot pepper and tomato in small pieces. Mix the vegetables in a bowl with parsley, salt and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
For the omelet, break 2 eggs in a bowl and beat them with salt and a teaspoon of mineral water or milk. Grease a pan with a small quantity of olive oil. Pour the eggs into the hot pan, cover with a lid and cook over low to medium heat (no need to turn the omelette).
Serve with avocado, pico de gallo and baby spinach salad seasoned with salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
