Intr-o tigaie incalzim o lingura de ulei de masline si calim cateva secunde catelul de usturoi zdrobit. Adaugam rosiile in sos tomat, oregano, sare si piper. Zbrobim usor rosiile cu ajutorul unei linguri si gatim la foc mediu timp de 10 minute. Lasam apoi la racit.

Pe o tava asezam 2 vase ramekin si le ungem cu o lingura de ulei de masline. Adaugam in fiecare vas sosul de rosii, bucatele de mozzarella, cate 2 oua, 2 linguri de smantana dulce, sare si piper.

Introducem tava in cuptorul incins in prealabil la 180 grade Celsius si coacem aproximativ 15 minute, pana cand albusurile devin opace dar galbenusurile inca mai curg in mijloc. Ele vor continua sa se mai gateasca putin in caldura reziduala a vasului.
