Pe ultima suta de metri cu postul si cu pregatirile pentru masa festiva, va propun un pate vegetal fin si usor de realizat pentru o zi aglomerata. Evitam astfel pate-urile din comert pline de aditivi si ne bucuram de un pranz delicios si sanatos.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)

  • 200 grame naut din conseva / 200 grams chickpeas canned
  • 200 grame fasole rosie din conserva/ 200 grams red beans canned
  • 150 grame ciuperci din conserva/ 150 grams mushrooms canned
  • 3 cepe verzi / 3 green onions
  • 3 catei de usturoi / 3 garlic cloves
  • 5 linguri ulei de masline / 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lingurita oregano / 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 lingurita boia / 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 lingurita fulgi de chilli / 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • Sare / Salt

In bolul mixerului amestecam nautul, ciupercile, ceapa verde, usturoiul, condimentele si uleiul. Mixam bine pana obtinem o pasta. Separat, pasam grosier, cu ajutorul unei furculite, fasolea rosie si o rasturnam peste amestecul de naut si ciuperci. Amestecam pana cand cele 2 compozitii sunt incorporate.

Presaram patrunjel verde si fulgi de chilli si servim cu felii de paine prajita.

Pentru un plus de savoare, va recomand sa ungeti feliile de paine cu un amestec de usturoi zdrobit si ulei de masline.

Vegetable pate

On the last minute with preparations for the festive meal, I propose a fine and easy to make pate for a busy day. This way we avoid commercial pates full of additives and enjoy a delicious and healthy lunch.

In the bowl of the mixer mix the chickpeas, mushrooms, green onions, garlic, spices and oil. Mix well until you get a smooth paste. Separately, pass coarsely, using a fork, red beans and pour over the mixture of chickpeas and mushrooms. Mix until the 2 compositions are incorporated.

Sprinkle with parsley and chilli flakes and serve with slices of toast. For extra flavor, I recommend spreading slices of bread with a mixture of crushed garlic and olive oil.
