Ati incercat vreodata salata cu caracatita? Una dintre mancarurile mele preferate este salata cu caracatita. Rosii proaspete, castraveti, ardei iute si un dressing grozav de lime este tot ce avem nevoie langa cateva resturi de caracatita ramase de la un gratar cu fructe de mare.

Salata cu caracatita

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)

  • 200 grame caracatita la gratar rece / 200 grams cold grilled octopus
  • 3 castraveti / 3 cucumbers
  • 4 rosii / 4 tomatoes
  • 2 cepe verzi / 2 scallions
  • 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
  • 1 ardei iute / 1 hot pepper
  • Sucul de 1/2 lime / Juice from 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 lingurita oregano / 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Sare / Salt
Salata cu caracatita

Pentru aceasta reteta curatam toate legumele si apoi le taiem astfel: castravetii in rondele mai groase (aproximativ 1 centimetru), ceapa verde inele, ceapa rosie marunt, ardeiul iute felii subtiri si rosiile cuburi.

Punem toate ingredientele intr-un bol si adaugam caracatita feliata. Adaugam sarea, oregano, sucul de lime si uleiul, amestecand bine.

Lasam la marinat la rece timp de 10 – 15 minute apoi impartim in 2 boluri.

Servim salata simpla sau cu felii de paine prajita si multa pofta.

Pulpo Salad

Have you ever tried octopus salad? One of my favorite dishes is octopus salad. Fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, hot peppers and a great lime dressing is all we need in addition to some leftover octopus from a seafood barbecue.

For this recipe, clean all the vegetables and then cut them as follows: cucumbers in thicker rounds (about 1 centimeter), green onions slices, small red onions, thinly sliced hot peppers and diced tomatoes.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and add the sliced octopus. Add salt, oregano, lime juice and oil, mixing well.

Leave to marinate in the cold for 10 – 15 minutes, then divide into 2 bowls.

Serve a simple salad or with slices of toast bread and a great appetite.
