In lumea bucatariei moderne, reinterpretarea clasicelor retete urbane precum shaorma a devenit un adevarat artizanat culinar. Astfel, am decis sa aduc in atentia voastra o varianta inedita si delicioasa a acestei retete populare: Shaorma de pui cu sos cremos de iaurt. Combinatia de arome intense si texturi crocante va cuceri cu siguranta orice iubitor al gastronomiei urbane.

INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)
Pentru pui:
- 800 grame pulpe si piept de pui dezosate
- 1/2 lingurita paprika dulce
- 1/2 lingurita fulgi de chilli
- 1/2 lingurita usturoi pudra
- 1/2 lingurita busuioc uscat
- 1/2 lingurita oregano
- 1/2 lingurita chimen
- 1/2 lingurita ulei de masline
- Sare
Pentru sos:
- 8 fire patrunjel
- 200 grame smantana
- 200 grame iaurt grecesc
- 2 fire ceapa verde
- 2 linguri suc de lamaie
- Sare
Spalam puiul si il uscam bine cu un servet absorbant, apoi il taiem in fasii inguste. Presaram carnea cu toate condimentele si lasam la rece timp de 3 – 4 ore.
Dupa ce carnea este marinata, ungem tava de la Actifry cu o jumatate de lingurita de ulei de masline si adaugam carnea. Alegem programul pentru pui si gatim timp de 20 de minute.
Intre timp pregatim sosul de iaurt. Punem intr-un blender patrunjelul verde si il taiem marunt. Adaugam smantana, iaurtul, sarea si ceapa verde taiata marunt si mixam timp de un minut. Pastram la rece pana in momentul servirii.
Eu am ales sa servesc shaorma de pui alaturi de sosul de iaurt, salata de varza cu marar, salata de rosii cu ceapa verde, castraveti murati, inele de ceapa rosie, cartofi prajiti si lipii proaspete.

Chicken Shaorma
In the modern culinary world, the reinterpretation of urban classics such as shaorma has become a true culinary craft. Thus, I decided to bring to your attention a new and delicious version of this popular recipe: Chicken Shaorma with creamy yogurt sauce. The combination of intense flavors and crunchy textures will surely conquer any lover of urban gastronomy.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)
For chicken:
- 800 grams boneless chicken legs and breast
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt
For the sauce:
- 8 sprigs of parsley
- 200 grams of cream
- 200 grams of Greek yogurt
- 2 green onions
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt
Wash the chicken and dry it well with an absorbent napkin, then cut it into narrow strips. Sprinkle the meat with all the spices and let it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
After the meat is marinated, grease the Actifry pan with half a teaspoon of olive oil and add the meat. Choose the chicken program and cook for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the yogurt sauce. Put the green parsley in a blender and chop it finely. Add the cream, yogurt, salt and green onion and mix for a minute. Keep in the fridge until serving.
I chose to serve the chicken shaorma with yogurt sauce, cabbage salad with dill, tomato salad with green onions, pickled cucumbers, red onion rings, fried potatoes and fresh pita bread.
