Aromele autentice de miere, ghimbir, menta proaspata si piper sunt completate perfect de marginea paharului dulce, crocanta si aurie.

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)

  • 50 ml suc de ghimbir / 50 ml ginger
  • 1 lingura miere / 1 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 lingurita piper / 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 frunze de menta/ 8 mint leaves
  • Sucul de la o rodie / Juice from one pomegranate
  • Sucul de la un grapefruit roz / Juice from one pink grapefruit
  • Sucul de la 1/2 lime / Juice from 1/2 lime
  • 50 ml tequila / 50 ml tequila
  • 1 bere de ghimbir /1 ginger beer
  • 2 linguri zahar brun / 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Primul pas este pregatirea paharelor. Ungem marginea paharului cu apa si trecem paharul prin zahar brun.

Intr-un ibric punem 100 ml de apa si adaugam mierea, siropul de gimbir si fierbem timp de 5 minute. Stingem focul si adaugam piperul si frunzele de menta. Lasam la infuzat 10 minute apoi strecuram si impartim amestecul in 2 pahare.

Adaugam deasupra sucul de rodie, grapefruit si lime, tequila si completam cu bere de ghimbir.

Servim rece cu multa pofta.

Spicy Pomegranate Ginger Paloma

Spicy Pomegranate Ginger Paloma is a sensational cocktail with rich aromas of pomegranate and ginger. Ginger syrup with honey, pomegranate and grapefruit juice, tequila and ginger beer is the perfect drink for a festive day. The authentic aromas of honey, ginger, fresh mint and pepper are perfectly complemented by the sweet, crispy and golden edge of the glass.

The first step is to prepare the glasses. Grease the edge of the glass with water and pass the glass through brown sugar.

Put 100 ml of water in a kettle and add honey, ginger syrup and boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add pepper and mint leaves. Let it infuse for 10 minutes, then strain and divide the mixture into 2 glasses.

Add the pomegranate, grapefruit and lime juice, tequila and top it off with ginger beer.

Serve cold with great appetite.
