Taco Salad este una dintre favoritele familiei. Super rapida, cu multe legume proaspete si carne de vita frageda, este usor de facut si teribil de delicioasa. Salata crocanta este acoperita cu carne de vita condimentata cu taco. Aceasta salata este servita cu topping de branza Cheddar, nachos si sos de avocado cu kefir. O reteta versatila in care putem sa folosim aproape orice fel de proteina, de la carne de vita, la pui sau chiar creveti, sau de ce nu, un mix din acestea. Practic, frumusetea acestei retete de inspiratie TexMex este faptul ca poti adauga ce ingrediente iti sunt pe plac.

INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)
- 1/2 salata romana
- 500 grame muschi de vita
- 2 linguri condiment mexican pentru Taco
- 1 lingura ulei de masline
- 2 cepe rosii
- 200 grame rosii
- 50 grame branza Cheddar
- 200 grame Nachos
- 200 grame smantana
- Ardei jalapeno
- Sare
Taiem muschiul de vita in rondele groase de 2 cm si presaram cu sare mare. Le lasam la rece timp de minim 2 ore apoi le taiem in cubulete foarte mici si adaugam condimentul pentru Taco. Lasam la temperatura camerei timp de o ora, apoi incingem o lingura de ulei de masline si prajim carnea timp de cateva minute pana cand este usor rumenita si frageda.
Intre timp pregatim legumele si le taiem astfel: salata in fasii subtiri, rosiile si ceapa cubulete.
Pe un platou mare asezam un strat de salata, apoi bolurile cu smantana si sos de avocado cu kefir si asezam in mod egal rosiile, ceapa, branza cheddar, ardeii jalapeno, vita si nachos.

Taco Salad
Taco Salad is my family favorite. Super quick with lots of fresh vegetables and tender veal, easy to make and delicious. Crispy salad is topped with taco seasoned beef. This salad is served with cheddar cheese topping, nachos and kefir avocado sauce. A versatile recipe, we can use almost any kind of protein, from veal, to chicken or even shrimp, or why not, a mix of these. Basically, the beauty of this TexMex-inspired recipe is the fact that you can add whatever ingredients you like.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)
- 1/2 Romaine lettuce
- 500 grams of veal tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons Mexican Taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 red onions
- 200 grams of tomatoes
- 50 grams of Cheddar cheese
- 200 grams of nachos
- 200 grams of cream
- Jalapeno peppers
- Salt
Cut the veal into 2 cm thick rounds and sprinkle with salt. Let them cool for at least 2 hours, then cut them into very small cubes and add the Taco seasoning. Leave at room temperature for an hour, then heat a tablespoon of olive oil and fry the meat for a few minutes until it is slightly browned and tender.
In the meantime, prepare the vegetables and cut them as follows: lettuce into thin strips, diced tomatoes and onions in small cubes.
On a large plate, place a layer of salad, then the bowls of sour cream and avocado sauce with kefir and evenly place the tomatoes, onions, cheddar cheese, jalapeno peppers, veal and nachos.
