(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)
- 4 oua / 4 eggs
- 300 grame faina / 300 grams flour
- 350 ml chefir / 350 ml buttermilk
- 50 ml lapte / 50 ml milk
- 100 grame unt topit / 100 grams melted butter
- 50 grame parmezan / 50 grams parmesan
- 1 lingurita praf de copt / 1 teaspoon backing powder
- 1/2 lingurita sare / 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 200 grame crema de branza natur / 200 grams natur cream cheese
- 2 avocado / 2 avocados
- 100 grame prosciutto cotto / 100 grams prosciutto cotto
- 100 grame somon afumat / 100 grams smoked salmon

Pentru waffle amestecam intr-un bol ingredientele uscate: faina, praful de copt, parmezanul si sarea. In alt bol amestecam ouale, chefirul si laptele. Turnam ingredientele lichide peste cele uscate si mixam. La sfarsit adaugam untul topit si amestecam pana cand este incorporat.
Lasam sa se odihneasca la rece 30 de minute apoi incalzim aparatul de waffle si prajim astfel incat sa obtinem waffle rumene si crocante.
Pe fiecare waffle punem avocado, crema de branza si prosciutto cotto sau somon afumat.
Servim cu multa pofta alaturi de o cafea calda.

Waffle with prosciutto cotto and smoked salmon
Toast with avocado, cheese and prosciutto or smoked salmon is a breakfast classic. But how about trying something a little different today? Waffle with prosciutto cotto and smoked salmon for an elegant breakfast or brunch when we feel like pampering our taste buds with the taste of the fluffiest salty waffles accompanied by either ham or salmon according to everyone’s preferences.
For waffles, mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking powder, parmesan and salt. In another bowl, mix eggs, buttermilk and milk. Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ones and mix. At the end, add the melted butter and mix until incorporated.
Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes, then we heat up the waffle maker and fry until we get golden and crispy waffles.
On each waffle, put avocado, cream cheese and prosciutto cotto or smoked salmon.
Serve with appetite with a hot coffee.
