INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)
• 1 avocado
• 125 grame somon afumat
• 2 cepe verzi
• 50 grame crema de branza
• sucul de la 1/2 lime
• sare

Modul de preparare este unul foarte simplu. Punem pe un tocator somonul afumat, avocado-ul curatat si taiat bucati, ceapa verde si crema de branza. Stropim cu sucul de lime si, cu ajutorul unui cutit bine ascutit, tocam toate ingredientele pana obtinem o pasta cremoasa, dar usor texturata.

Gustam si potrivim de sare, daca mai este necesar, tinand cont ca somonul afumat este deja sarat.

Servim crema de avocado cu somon afumat pe felii de paine prajita crocanta. Pentru un plus de aroma si pentru o varianta usor picanta, putem presara deasupra fulgi de chilli.
