Situat aproape de centrul orasului, intr-un spatiu modern cu accente industriale si lumini calde, Jack & Joe imbina spiritul urban cu autenticitatea unui grill house american.

Atmosfera este relaxata, prietenoasa, genul de loc unde simti ca poti sa uiti de tot si sa te bucuri, pur si simplu, de mancare buna.

Meniul este o celebrare a gusturilor intense si a maiestriei in prepararea carnii. Burgerii sunt vedetele casei – suculenti, bine echilibrati si serviti in chifle pufoase, coapte in-house. Fie ca alegi un Classic Cheeseburger, un BBQ Burger sau o varianta premium cu trufe si branza maturata, fiecare muscatura e o combinatie intre texturi perfecte si arome care spun o poveste.

Este insa imposibil sa rasfoiesti meniul fara sa te opresti la Cheese Junkie – acel burger care iti atrage privirea instant. Arata atat de spectaculos incat, chiar si doar din curiozitate, simti ca trebuie sa-l incerci. Cheese Junkie este visul oricarui iubitor de branza si bacon, o explozie de arome intense intre doua chifle negre perfect pufoase. Burgerul aduce impreuna un beef patty suculent, topit cu Bergkase aromat, dublu bacon crocant, frunze de rucola, ceapa prajita si cartofi aurii, totul invelit intr-un dans de texturi si gusturi. Iar detaliul care fura scena? Cele doua seringi pline cu sos nacho cheese si smokey BBQ – un spectacol culinar care iti permite sa iti dozezi singur decadenta. Am incercat si un Fifty-Fifty – un festin de carne ideal pentru cei care iubesc textura crocanta si gustul intens al gratarului. Ai 450 g de crispy chicken wings suculente si 500 g de crispy spare ribs fragede, ambele gatite pana la perfectiune si asezonate cu acel fum subtil pe care il cauti la un steakhouse de top. Legenda urbana a gustului, combinatia aduce vibe-ul gratarului american chiar in inima Mariborului.

Pentru o experienta completa, am asezonat totul cu un pahar de bere artizanala locala Siddharta.

Desertul? O tentatie dulce, dar nu coplesitoare – brownie cu inghetata sau cheesecake cu fistic, perfecte pentru a incheia festinul intr-o nota fina. Noi n-am mai avut loc pentru desert, dar meniul ascunde cateva optiuni care cu siguranta merita descoperite data viitoare.
