  • 2 cepe verzi
  • 1 lingura suc de lamaie
  • 50 grame unt
  • 2 linguri ulei cu chilli
  • 1/4 lingurita fulgi de chilli
  • Sare

Incepem cu pregatirea salatei de avocado. Curatam avocado si il taiem in cubulete, pe care le stropim cu suc de lamaie pentru a preveni oxidarea. Adaugam sare si ceapa verde tocata marunt, apoi lasam deoparte pentru a se combina aromele.

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 spoons oil with chilli
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt

Start by preparing the avocado salad. Clean the avocado and cut it into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent oxidation. Add salt and finely chopped green onion, then leave aside to combine the flavors.
