Sau mai bine spus reteta reinterpretata a oualelor turcesti. Ne place cu iaurt, cu feta, cu oua posate sau oua ochiuri. Dar azi reinterpretam putin si pregatim oua turcesti cu ricotta. O crema fina si dulce de ricotta cu oua fierte acompaniata de un sos picant de unt.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 4 oua / 4 eggs
- 250 grame ricotta / 250 grams ricotta
- 100 grame iaurt grecesc / 100 grams greek yogurt
- 1/4 lingurita sumak / 1/4 teaspoon sumak
- 1/4 lingurita za’atar / 1/4 teaspoon za’atar
- 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
- 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 50 grame unt / 50 grams butter
- 1 lingurita fulgi de chilli / 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- Sare / Salt
Spalam bine ouale si le fierbem. Pentru a obtine oua fierte asa cum ni le dorim, va sfatuiesc sa folositi un indicator pentru fiert oua. Acesta se introduce la fiert odata cu ouale si va arata stadiul de fierbere: moale, mediu sau tare. Pentru aceasta reteta eu le-am fiert mediu.
Intre timp pregatim crema. Amestecam ricotta cu iaurtul, sumak-ul, za’atar-ul, usturoiul zdrobit, sarea si o lingura de ulei de masline.
Intr-o alta tigaie, topim untul si adaugam o lingura de ulei de masline si fulgii de chilli.
Asezam in fiecare bol jumatate din crema de ricotta, 2 oua fierte si jumatate din cantitatea de unt cu chilli.
Servim alaturi de lipii calde cu unt, usturoi si patrunjel.

Ricotta Turkish Eggs
Or better said the reinterpreted recipe of Turkish eggs. We like it with yogurt, feta, poached eggs or fried eggs. But today we reinterpret a little and prepare Turkish eggs with ricotta. A fine and sweet ricotta cream with boiled eggs accompanied by a brown butter sauce.
Wash the eggs well and boil them. In order to get boiled eggs the way we want them, I advise you to use an indicator for boiling eggs. It is added to the boil together with the eggs and will show the stage of boiling: soft, medium or hard. For this recipe, I boiled them medium.
In the meantime, prepare the cream. Mix the ricotta with the yogurt, sumac, za’atar,m, crushed garlic, salt and one tablespoon of olive oil.
In another pan, melt the butter and add one tablespoon of olive oil and flakes of chili.
Place half of the ricotta cream, 2 boiled eggs and half of the amount of butter with chilli in each bowl.
Serve alongside hot pita bread with butter, garlic and parsley.
