INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)
- 1 mini ciabatta integrala
- 4 linguri ulei de masline
- 300 grame rosii cherry
- 4 catei de usturoi
- 250 grame mozzarella
- 1/2 lingurita oregano
- Sare
Incepeti prin a pregati painea. Taiati ciabatta transversal pe jumatate si ungeti fiecare parte cu cate o lingura de ulei de masline.
Intr-o tigaie mica, adaugam 2 linguri de ulei de masline, rosii cherry taiate pe jumatate, 2 catei de usturoi zdrobiti, oregano si sare.
Asezam tigaia cu rosii si painea pe o tava termorezistenta si o introducem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade Celsius pentru 15 – 20 de minute, pana cand painea este frumos rumenita si rosiile sunt gatite.
Dupa coacere, presam cate un catel de usturoi peste fiecare jumatate de paine si adaugam felii de mozzarella si rosile coapte cu sosul lor delicios de usturoi si ulei de masline.
Servim toastul crocant cu mozzarella si sos de rosii simplu sau alaturi de un platou de branzeturi si mezeluri.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
- 1 mini inegral ciabatta
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 300 grams cherry tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 250 grams mozzarella
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Salt
Start by preparing the bread. Cut the ciabatta in half crosswise and brush each side with a tablespoon of olive oil.
In a small pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, cherry tomatoes cut in half, 2 crushed garlic cloves, oregano and salt.
Place the pan with the tomatoes and the bread on a heat-resistant tray and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 – 20 minutes, until the bread is nicely browned and the tomatoes are cooked.
After baking, press a clove of garlic over each half of the bread and add mozzarella slices and ripe tomatoes with their delicious garlic and olive oil sauce.
Serve the crispy toast with mozzarella and tomato sauce plain or alongside a platter of cheeses and charcuterie.
