INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)

  • 200 grame penne
  • 5 catei de usturoi
  • 4 fire patrunjel verde
  • 400 grame rosii cherry in sos tomat
  • 1 lingurita condimente arrabbiatta (fulgi de chilli si ardei iute uscat)
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline
  • 4 linguri Pecorino
  • Sare

Pentru a pregati penele all’arrabbiata, incepem prin a fierbe pastele conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj, insa avand grija sa le fierbem cu 2 minute mai putin decat timpul indicat.

Intr-o tigaie, incingem uleiul de masline si adaugam jumatate din cantitatea de usturoi zdrobit si tijele de patrunjel rupte. Le calim usor timp de 30 de secunde, apoi scoatem usturoiul si patrunjelul din tigaie.

Penne all’arrabbiata

In acelasi ulei, adaugam restul de usturoi, condimentele arrabiatta, conserva de tomate si sare. Cu ajutorul unei linguri, zdrobim usor rosiile cherry si gatim sosul la foc mic timp de 10 minute. Adaugam pastele fierte si 100 ml din apa in care au fiert acestea. Continuam sa gatim la foc mediu timp de 2 minute, apoi adaugam 2 linguri de Pecorino.

Servim penele all’arrabbiata presarate cu patrunjel verde tocat marunt si Pecorino.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)

  • 200 grams penne
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 4 sprigs green parsley
  • 400 grams cherry tomatoes in tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon arrabbiatta spices (chili flakes and dried hot peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons Pecorino
  • Salt

To prepare penne all’arrabbiata, start by boiling the pasta according to the instructions on the package, but being careful to boil it 2 minutes less than the indicated time.

In a pan, heat the olive oil and add half the amount of crushed garlic and the broken parsley stalks. Lightly fry them for 30 seconds, then remove the garlic and parsley from the pan.

In the same oil, add the rest of the garlic, the arrabiatta spices, canned tomatoes and salt. Using a spoon, gently crush the cherry tomatoes and cook the sauce over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the cooked pasta and 100 ml of the water in which they were cooked. Continue to cook on medium heat for 2 minutes, then add 2 tablespoons of Pecorino.

Serve the penne all’arrabbiata sprinkled with finely chopped green parsley and pecorino.
