Nu sunt mare fan al preparetelor chinezesti, insa nu refuz niciodata o portie de noodles, fie cu vita, fie cu legume.
Va invit sa incercati aceasta varianta. Este extrem de usor de facut si foarte gustoasa.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)
- 400 grame muschi de vita / 400 grams beef
- 1 ardei kapia rosu / 1 red pepper
- 4 linguri ulei de masline / 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 linguri ulei de susan / 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 linguri amidon / 2 tablespoon starch
- 4 catei de usturoi / 4 garlic clovea
- 2 linguri sos de soia / 2 tablespoin soya sauce
- 1 lingura otet de orez / 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 linguri pasta de ardei (picanta sau dulce, dupa plac) / 2 tablespoon pepper paste (sweet or spicy, as you like)
- sare / salt
- Taietei chinezesti / Noodles
Taiem muschiul de vita fasii subtiri si il punem la marinat cu cateii de usturoi zdrobiti, sosul de soia, otelul de orez, 1 lingura de amidon, 2 linguri ulei de masline si sare ( nu foarte multa deorece sosul de soia este sarat). Lasam la marinat la rece minin o ora.
Intr-o tigaie incingem 2 linguri ulei de masline si uleiul de susan. Adaugam ardeiul rosu taiat fasii. Prajim timp de 3 minute la foc mediu spre mare si adaugam vita marinata. Cand vita nu mai este roz, adaugam pasta de ardei si restul de amidon dizolvat in 2 linguri de apa.
Intre timp fierbem taietii conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj. Scurgem taietii si ii adaugam peste vita.

Cut the beef into thin strips and marinate it with the crushed garlic cloves, soy sauce, rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon starch, 2 tablespoons olive oil and salt (not much because the soy sauce is salty). Let marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and sesame oil. Add the sliced red pepper. Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat and add the marinated beef. When the beef is no longer pink, add the pepper paste and the rest of the starch dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water.
Meanwhile, boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain the noodles and add them over the beef. Serve with green onion.
