Multi dintre noi au auzit probabil de stilul de viata “sa mancam la ore fixe”. Este un mod de viata sanatos, care ne va ajuta sa ne mentinem in forma.

Daily Routine No.1

  • Mic dejun: 2 felii mici de paine integrala cu gem de caise fara zahar si 1 pahar de ayran
  • Gustare 1: latte machiatto si napolitana cu vanilie Sweeteria
  • Pranz: orez cu pulpa de gaina si salata de varza cu marar
  • Gustare 2: cirese
  • Cina: salata de rosii, castraveti, ardei, ceapa verde, cateva masline si 4 feliute de cas

Daily Routine No. 2

  • Mic dejun: 1 felie mica de paine integrala, omleta dintr-un ou si cas, rosii
  • Gustare 1: latte machiatto
  • Pranz: iahnie de fasole rosie cu costita afumata si castraveti murati in sare
  • Gustare 2: cirese
  • Cina: salata verde cu ridichi, ceapa verde, marar si conopida gratinata

Daily Routine No. 3

  • Mic dejun: iaurt grecesc, muesli Sweeteria, fructe
  • Gustare 1: latte machiatto
  • Pranz: fusilli cu ton
  • Gustare 2: cirese
  • Cina: piept de pui la gratar cu dovlecei marinati

  • Mic dejun: 1 felie paine integrala, guacamole, pastrama de curcan, ou ochi
  • Gustare 1: latte machiatto
  • Pranz: pulpe de pui cu mujdei
  • Gustare 2: cirese
  • Cina: ayran

Daily Routine No. 5

  • Mic dejun: 1/2 placinta cu cas, ceapa verde si marar si 1 pahar de iaurt
  • Gustare 1: latte machiatto
  • Pranz: sandwich cu paine integrala, crema de branza si ciuperci (o felie)
  • Gustare 2: 1 bucatica mica de placinta cu branza
  • Cina: 1 pahar cu apa

  • Mic dejun: 1 felie de paine integrala, crema de branza natur (mie imi place Almette), somon, fulgi de chilli si lamaie
  • Gustare 1: latte machiatto
  • Pranz: ciorba de pui cu taietei de casa si bors
  • Gustare 2: chipsuri de mere
  • Cina: chiftele de curcan si legume

  • Mic dejun: 2 oua fierte cu o felie de mamaliga rece
  • Gustare 1: latte machiatto
  • Pranz: ficat de vitel cu fasole verde
  • Gustare 2: cirese
  • Cina: ciorba de pui cu taietei de casa si bors

Today we are launching a new page from Inspiration to Fix.

Many of us have probably heard of the principle of living „eating at fixed hours.” It is a healthy lifestyle that will help us stay in shape.

Daily Routine No. 1

  • Breakfast: 2 small slices of wholemeal bread with sugar-free apricot jam and 1 glass of ayran
  • Snack 1: latte machiatto and vanilla wafer sugar free
  • Lunch: rice with chicken leg and cabbage salad with dill
  • Snack 2: cherries
  • Dinner: salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, green onions, a few olives and 4 slices of cottage cheese

For your fix inspiration: wholemeal bread

Daily Routine No. 2

  • Breakfast: 1 small slice of wholemeal bread, scrambled eggs and cottage cheese, tomatoes
  • Snack 1: latte machiatto
  • Lunch: red bean stew with smoked ribs and pickled cucumbers in salt
  • Snack 2: cherries
  • Dinner: lettuce with radishes, onions green, dill and cauliflower au gratin

For your fix inspiration: wholemeal bread, cauliflower au gratin

Daily Routine No. 3

  • Breakfast: Greek yogurt, muesli Sweeteria, fruit
  • Snack 1: latte machiatto
  • Lunch: fusilli with tuna
  • Snack 2: cherries
  • Dinner: grilled chicken breast with marinated courgette

For you inspiration: parfait cu iaurt, fusilli cu ton

Daily Routine No. 4

  • Breakfast: 1 slice wholemeal bread, guacamole, turkey pastrami, fried egg
  • Snack 1: latte machiatto
  • Lunch: chicken legs with garlic sauce
  • Snack 2: cherries
  • Dinner: ayran

For your inspiration: paine integrala cu seminte, pulpe de pui cu usturoi, mic dejun

Daily Routine No. 5

  • Breakfast: 1/2 cheese ang onion pie, 1 glass of yogurt
  • Snack 1: latte machiatto
  • Lunch: sandwich with wholemeal bread, cream cheese and mushrooms (one slice)
  • Snack 2: 1 small piece of cheese pie
  • Dinner: 1 glass of water

For your fix inspiration: wholemeal bread

Daily Routine No. 6

  • Breakfast: 1 slice of wholemeal bread, natural cheese cream (I like Almette), salmon, chilli flakes and lemon
  • Snack 1: latte machiatto
  • Lunch: chicken soup with homemade noodles and borscht
  • Snack 2: apple chips
  • Dinner: turkey meatballs and vegetables

For your fix inspiration: wholemeal bread, turkey meatballs

Daily Routine No. 7

  • Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with a slice of cold polenta
  • Snack 1: latte machiatto
  • Lunch: pork liver with green beans
  • Snack 2: cherries
  • Dinner: chicken soup with homemade noodles and borscht
