Salata cu sfecla si branza de capra

Armonia perfecta intre gustul dulce al sfeclei, branza de capra sarata si mix-ul de seminte coapte reprezinta o idee de cina satioasa.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)

  • 1 sfecla rosie coapta / 1 beetroot cooked in the oven
  • Valeriana / Valerian
  • Branza de capra / Goat chees
  • Mix de seminte / Seeds mixt
  • Ulei de masline / Olive oil
  • Otet balsamic de zmeura / Raspberry balsamic vinegar
  • Sare / Salt

Incalzim cuptorul la 180 grade Celsius si taiem felii branza de capra si o trecem printr-un mix de seminte. Asezam feliile de branza intr-o tava pe hartie de copt si lasam la cuptor timp de 5-6 minute.

Intre timp spalam valeriana si taiem sfecla in cubulete. Asezonam cu sare si ulei de masline.

Asezam deasupra branza calda si stropim cu otet balsamic.

Tips:

Cea mai buna sfecla este cea pe care o pregatim noi acasa. Spalam bine radacinile de sfecla, le uscam si le impachetam individual in folie de aluminiu. La punem intr-o tava si le coacem 1,5 – 2 ore, in functie de marimea sfeclei.

Curatam apoi sfecla de coaja si o feliem. O presaram cu putina sare pentru a o utiliza in aceasta salata sau putem adauga sare, otet si seminte de chimen pentru o salata de sfecla delicioasa servita cu hrean.

The perfect harmony between the sweet taste of beets, salted goat cheese and the mix of seeds is a perfect dinner idea.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, cut the goat cheese slices and pass it through a seed mix. Place the cheese slices in a tray on baking paper and leave in the oven for 5-6 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the valerian and cut the beets into cubes. Season with salt and olive oil.

Place the warm cheese on top and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.

Tips:

The best beets are the beets home made. Wash the beet roots well, dry them and wrap them individually in aluminum foil. Put it in a tray and bake them for 1.5 – 2 hours, depending on the size of the beets.

Peel the beets and slice them. Sprinkle with a little salt to use in this salad or we can add salt, vinegar and cumin seeds for a delicious beet salad served with horseradish.
