INGREDIENTE (pentru 1 portie)

• 30 ml sirop de soc
• 30 ml apa minerala
• 200 ml prosecco
• Merisoare
• Rozmarin

Pregatim un pahar si asezam pe fundul lui cateva merisoare, apoi infigem in mijloc o crenguta de rozmarin, astfel incat sa fie prinsa frumos in globul de gheata. Turnam peste ele siropul de soc si apa minerala, apoi dam paharul la congelator pentru o zi intreaga, pana cand se formeaza un glob perfecta de gheata infuzata cu arome.

A doua zi scoatem paharul din congelator si, chiar inainte de servire, turnam prosecco-ul bine racit peste globul de gheata. Pe masura ce se topeste usor, elibereaza aromele discrete de soc si rozmarin, iar merisoarele rosii plutesc incet spre suprafata, creand un efect vizual absolut superb.

This is the kind of drink that not only tastes amazing, but also impresses everyone at the table – a wow effect created with minimal effort. The combination of elderflower syrup, sparkling water, and cranberries frozen into a perfect sphere creates a fresh, aromatic base, while the chilled prosecco adds an elegant, effervescent finish, perfect for any special occasion. It’s the ideal cocktail for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or any evening when you want to bring a little magic to your glass.

INGREDIENTS (for 1 serving)
• 30 ml elderflower syrup
• 30 ml sparkling water
• 200 ml prosecco
• Cranberries
• Rosemary

Prepare a glass and place a few cranberries at the bottom, then stick a sprig of rosemary in the center so it stands nicely inside the ice globe. Pour the elderflower syrup and sparkling water over them, then place the glass in the freezer for an entire day, until a perfectly flavored ice sphere forms.
The next day, remove the glass from the freezer and, right before serving, pour chilled prosecco over the ice globe. As it slowly melts, it releases subtle notes of elderflower and rosemary, while the red cranberries float gently to the surface, creating a stunning visual effect.
