Aceasta reteta simpla si rapida transforma ingredientele proaspete intr-un amestec aromat, numai bun de savurat alaturi de mustar si fulgi de ceapa crocanta. Folosind aparatul Actifry, carnatii se prajesc intr-un mod sanatos, cu un continut redus de ulei, astfel incat sa ramana suculenti la interior si usor crocanti la exterior. INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)

  • 250 grame pulpa dezosata de pui
  • 1 ceapa mica
  • 3 catei de usturoi
  • 20 ml supa de pui (eu am ales Zwup)
  • 1 ou
  • 1/2 lingurita cimbru
  • 1/4 lingurita boia afumata dulce
  • 1/4 lingurita boia afumata picanta
  • 2 lingurite pasta de ardei
  • Sare
  • Piper

Intr-un blender, adaugam ceapa si usturoiul curatate, carnea de pui taiata in cubulete, sarea, cimbrul si pasta de ardei. Mixam toate ingredientele pana cand obtinem o pasta omogena si fina. Dupa aceea, adaugam supa de pui Zwup, oul, piperul si boiaua afumata, dulce si iute, dupa preferinta. Amestecam din nou foarte bine pentru a combina toate aromele si lasam compozitia la rece timp de aproximativ doua ore pentru a se intrepatrunde aromele.

Ungem tava aparatului Actifry cu putin ulei de masline, apoi formam carnatii cu ajutorul unui pos, modeland compozitia direct in tava. Prajim carnatii in Actifry timp de 15 minute, pana capata o crusta aurie si apetisanta.

Follow the detailed steps below to prepare perfect chicken sausages, ideal for family meals or special snacks.

INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)

  • 250 grams boneless chicken thigh
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 20 ml Zwup chicken broth
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon spicy smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons pepper paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper

In a blender, add the peeled onion and garlic, diced chicken, salt, thyme, and pepper paste. Blend all ingredients until you obtain a smooth and even paste. Next, add the Zwup chicken broth, egg, pepper, and smoked paprika, both sweet and spicy, to taste. Mix everything thoroughly to combine the flavors, then let the mixture chill for about two hours to allow the flavors to meld.

Lightly grease the Actifry tray with a bit of olive oil. Then, using a piping bag, shape the sausage mixture directly into the tray. Cook the sausages in the Actifry for 15 minutes, until they develop a golden and appetizing crust.

Serve the chicken sausages with mustard and sprinkle with crispy onion flakes for added texture.
