INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)
- 1 ciabatta
- 150 grame burrata
- 100 grame gorgonzola
- 2 catei de usturoi
- 1/2 lingurita fulgi de chilli
- 4 linguri ulei de masline
- 2 caise
- 1/2 lingurita zahar brun
- 100 grame rosii cherry
- busuioc proaspat
- 2 lingurite fistic
- sare
Ungem o forma mica termorezistenta cu o lingura de ulei de masline si adaugam rosiile cherry taiate pe jumatate, usturoiul zdrobit, fulgii de chilli si sarea. Intr-o alta forma adaugam o lingura de ulei de masline si caisele taiate in jumatate. Presaram cu zahar brun. Introducem ambele tavi in cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius pentru 15 minute.
Intre timp, taiem ciabatta pe jumatate longitudinal. Ungem feliile cu ulei de masline si le prajim pe grill pana cand sunt frumos rumenite pe ambele parti.
Pe una dintre jumatatile de ciabatta adaugam un catel de usturoi taiat marunt si apoi asezam burrata rupta in bucati, rosiile cherry si frunzele de busuioc. A doua felie o ungem cu gorgonzola si asezam pe ea caisele. Presaram cu fistic tocat marunt.
Servim ciabatta crocanta cu burrata si gorgonzola cu multa pofta.

Crispy Burrata & Gorgonzola Bruschetta
Crispy Burrata & Gorgonzola Bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and apricots. A unique combination of colors and flavors for a perfect brunch. This recipe for crispy bread with sweet and creamy cheese or gorgonzola, tomatoes or apricots pan-fried in olive oil and topped with basil or pistachios is absolutely fantastic.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
- 1 ciabatta
- 150 grams of burrata
- 100 grams of gorgonzola
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 apricots
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 100 grams of cherry tomatoes
- fresh basil
- 2 teaspoons of pistachios
- salt
Grease a small heat-resistant mold with a spoonful of olive oil and add cherry tomatoes cut in half, crushed garlic, chili flakes and salt. In another tray, add a spoonful of olive oil and apricots cut in half. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Place both trays in the oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the ciabatta in half lengthwise. Brush the slices with olive oil and grill them until nicely browned on both sides.
On one of the ciabatta halves, add a clove of finely chopped garlic and then place the burrata torn into pieces, the cherry tomatoes and the basil leaves. Spread the second slice with gorgonzola and place the apricots on it. Sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios.
Serve crispy ciabatta with burrata and gorgonzola with great appetite.
