Secretul acestei retete sta in kefir — laptele batut fermentat care, combinat cu praful de copt, creeaza un aluat pufos, elastic si cu o textura surprinzator de asemanatoare cu cea a unei pizza clasice. Nu vei crede cat de buna poate fi o pizza facuta fara drojdie si fara niciun minut de asteptat! Iar condimentele italiene de la CIO presarate deasupra ridica totul la un alt nivel de aroma si savoare. Pizza gata mai repede decat o comanda!

INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)

Pentru aluat:

  • 500 grame kefir putin caldut
  • 2 oua
  • 320 grame faina
  • 1 lingurita sare
  • 1 lingurita zahar
  • 2 linguri ulei
  • 1 praf de copt

Pentru topping:

  • 250 grame cascaval ras
  • 200 grame sunca taiata cubulete
  • 150 grame porumb din conserva
  • 150 grame ciuperci din conserva
  • ½ ardei kapia taiat felii
  • masline dupa gust
  • 2 lingurite amestec condimente italiene CIO

Pentru servire:

  • ketchup Mutti
Lazy Pizza cu kefir

Incepem cu aluatul — simplu, rapid si surprinzator de usor. Intr-un bol incapator punem kefirul caldut si adaugam ouale, sarea, zaharul, uleiul, faina si praful de copt. Mixam energic cu un tel sau cu mixerul pana obtinem un aluat gros, omogen, dar care inca curge — textura perfecta pentru Lazy Pizza! Nu trebuie sa fie dens ca un aluat clasic de pizza — aceasta consistenta cremoasa este exact ceea ce face aceasta reteta speciala.

Tapetam o tava mare cu hartie de copt si turnam aluatul, nivelandu-l uniform cu o spatula sau cu dosul unei linguri. Aluatul trebuie sa acopere toata suprafata tavii intr-un strat uniform de aproximativ 1 cm.

Trecem la topping — si aici vine partea distractiva! Presaram ¾ din cantitatea de cascaval ras direct pe aluat, acoperind toata suprafata. Adaugam sunca taiata cubulete, porumbul bine scurs, ciupercile scurse — eu le-am pus doar pe jumatate din pizza, pentru ca nu toata familia este fan, si asta e frumusetea acestei retete: o personalizezi cum vrei! Adaugam maslinele dupa gust si feliile de ardei kapia aranjate frumos.

Presaram generos condimentele italiene de la CIO — amestecul aromat care transforma o pizza simpla intr-una cu personalitate si caracter autentic italian. La final, presaram restul de cascaval ras deasupra tuturor toppingurilor — stratul acela de branza topita care leaga totul si da aspectul de pizza perfecta.

Introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C pentru 20-25 de minute, pana cand pizza este frumos rumenita, branza este complet topita si marginile sunt usor crocante. Scoatem din cuptor, lasam 2-3 minute sa se aseze si taiem in felii generoase.

Servim imediat, cu ketchup Mutti alaturi — un ketchup de calitate care completeaza perfect aromele acestei pizza lenese dar absolut delicioase!

Lazy Pizza with Kefir

You know those days when you fancy pizza but have no desire to knead dough, wait for it to rise and spend hours in the kitchen? Lazy Pizza with kefir was invented exactly for days like those — the simplest pizza dough you have ever made, no proving, no kneading, no fuss whatsoever. You mix it, pour it into the tray and the oven does all the work! The secret of this recipe lies in kefir — the fermented buttermilk that, combined with baking powder, creates a fluffy, elastic dough with a texture surprisingly similar to classic pizza dough. You won’t believe how good a pizza made without yeast and without a single minute of waiting can be! And the Italian seasoning from CIO scattered on top takes everything to a whole new level of flavour and aroma. Pizza ready faster than a delivery order!

INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)

For the dough:

  • 500 grams kefir, slightly warm
  • 2 eggs
  • 320 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

For the topping:

  • 250 grams grated cheese
  • 200 grams ham, diced
  • 150 grams canned sweetcorn
  • 150 grams canned mushrooms
  • ½ kapia pepper, sliced
  • olives to taste
  • 2 teaspoons CIO Italian seasoning mix

For serving:

  • Mutti ketchup

We start with the dough — simple, quick and surprisingly easy. In a large bowl place the slightly warm kefir and add the eggs, salt, sugar, oil, flour and baking powder. Mix energetically with a whisk or mixer until you get a thick, smooth dough that still pours — the perfect texture for Lazy Pizza! It doesn’t need to be as dense as a classic pizza dough — this creamy consistency is exactly what makes this recipe special.

Line a large baking tray with baking paper and pour in the dough, spreading it evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon. The dough should cover the entire surface of the tray in a uniform layer of approximately 1 cm.

Now for the topping — and this is the fun part! Scatter ¾ of the grated cheese directly onto the dough, covering the entire surface. Add the diced ham, well-drained sweetcorn and drained mushrooms — I put the mushrooms on only half the pizza, because not everyone in the family is a fan, and that is the beauty of this recipe: you customise it however you like! Add the olives to taste and the kapia pepper slices arranged nicely.

Scatter the CIO Italian seasoning generously — the aromatic blend that transforms a simple pizza into one with authentic Italian personality and character. Finally, scatter the remaining grated cheese over all the toppings — that layer of melted cheese that binds everything together and gives the look of a perfect pizza.

Place the tray in the oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes, until the pizza is beautifully golden, the cheese is completely melted and the edges are lightly crispy. Remove from the oven, leave to settle for 2-3 minutes and cut into generous slices.

Serve immediately, with Mutti ketchup alongside — a quality ketchup that perfectly complements the flavours of this lazy but absolutely delicious pizza! 🍕✨
