Pizza Crêpe – combinatia perfecta dintre clatite pufoase si pizza clasica! Pizza Crêpe este genul acela de reteta care te cucereste din prima felie. Are tot ce iubim la o pizza clasica – mozzarella topita, sunca, ciuperci si oregano – dar vine intr-o forma diferita, mai usoara si surprinzator de pufoasa, datorita aluatului de clatite. Este o idee excelenta pentru pranzuri rapide, cine lejere sau chiar pentru mesele in familie, atunci cand vrei ceva simplu, dar diferit de obisnuit. Aceasta pizza la tava, cu baza de clatita, se prepara extrem de usor, fara framantare si fara timp de dospire. Practic, amesteci ingredientele, torni compozitia in tava, adaugi toppingurile preferate si lasi cuptorul sa faca toata treaba. In plus, varianta cu oua si albusuri o face mai proteica si mai satioasa, perfecta si pentru cei care vor un preparat echilibrat.

INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)
Pentru blat
- 3 oua
- 2 albusuri
- 50 grame unt
- 600 ml lapte
- 250 grame faina
- sare
Pentru topping
- 150 grame prosciutto cotto
- 150 grame ciuperci din conserva
- 1 ardei kapia
- 200 grame mozzarella
- oregano

Incepem prin a pregati aluatul, asemanator cu cel de clatite. Topim untul apoi il amestecam cu laptele, ouale, albusurile, faina si un praf de sare. Mixam bine pana obtinem o compozitie fluida, omogena si fara cocoloase.
Turnam aluatul intr-o tava de copt tapetata cu hartie de copt, niveland usor suprafata.
Taiem prosciutto cotto marunt, feliem ardeiul kapia si scurgem bine ciupercile din conserva. Presaram uniform toppingurile peste aluat, apoi adaugam mozzarella rasa din belsug. La final, presaram oregano pentru aroma clasica de pizza.

Introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade Celsius si coacem timp de aproximativ 25 de minute, pana cand Pizza Crepe este frumos rumenita, iar mozzarella este complet topita si usor aurie.
Scoatem din cuptor, lasam cateva minute sa se aseze, apoi taiem in felii mari si servim calda, alaturi de ketchup sau sosul preferat.

Pizza Crepe este extrem de versatila. O poti adapta foarte usor in functie de ce ai in frigider: salam, masline, porumb, legume coapte sau chiar resturi de carne gatita. Se mananca excelent si rece, fiind perfecta pentru pachetul de a doua zi sau pentru picnic.

Pizza Crêpe – the perfect combination of fluffy crêpes and classic pizza! Pizza Crêpe is one of those recipes that wins you over from the very first slice. It has everything we love about classic pizza – melted mozzarella, ham, mushrooms and oregano – but in a lighter, softer and surprisingly fluffy version, thanks to the crêpe-style batter. It’s an excellent idea for quick lunches, relaxed dinners or family meals when you want something simple, yet different from the usual. This tray-baked Pizza Crêpe is incredibly easy to prepare, with no kneading and no rising time required. You simply mix the ingredients, pour the batter into the pan, add your favorite toppings and let the oven do all the work. Using whole eggs and egg whites also makes it higher in protein and more filling, perfect for anyone looking for a balanced, satisfying meal.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)
For the crêpe base
- 3 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 50 grams butter
- 600 milliliters milk
- 250 grams flour
- salt
For the topping
- 150 grams prosciutto cotto
- 150 grams canned mushrooms
- 1 red kapia pepper
- 200 grams mozzarella
- oregano
We start by preparing the batter, similar to classic crêpes. Melt the butter, then combine it with the milk, eggs, egg whites, flour and a pinch of salt. Mix well until you obtain a smooth, fluid batter with no lumps.
Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and gently level the surface.
Finely chop the prosciutto cotto, slice the red pepper and drain the mushrooms well. Distribute the toppings evenly over the batter, then generously sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top. Finish with oregano for that classic pizza aroma.
Bake the Pizza Crêpe in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes, until it is beautifully golden and the mozzarella is fully melted and lightly browned.
Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then cut into large slices and serve warm, with ketchup or your favorite sauce.
Pizza Crêpe is extremely versatile and easy to customize based on what you have in the fridge: salami, olives, corn, roasted vegetables or even leftover cooked meat. It’s just as delicious cold, making it perfect for lunchboxes, picnics or the next day.
