Alaturi de hummus, mutabbal-ul este una dintre cele mai populare salate cu specific oriental. Gustul vinetelor coapte pe gratar subliniat cu pasta de susan si iaurt va incanta pe oricine.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:
- 2 vinete coapte / 2 grilled eggplants
- 1 lingura tahini / 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 linguri iaurt / 2 tablespoons yogurt
- Sucul de la 1/2 lamaie / Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
- Sare / Salt
- Rodie / Pomegranate
- 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Seminte de pin / Pine seeds
Cu ajutorul unui cutit tocam marunt vinetele coapte pe gratar. Adaugam iaurtul, tahini, sucul de lamaie, usturoiul strivit si mixam adaugand usor cate putin ulei de masline. Servim salata stropita cu ulei de masline, seminte de pin prajite si rodie.
