Super simplu, super rapid. Dupa taieteii chinezesti cu vita si pastele soba cu legume, incercam taieteii de orez cu creveti.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:
(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)
- 150 grame taietei de orez / 150 grams rice noodles
- 1 ardei kapia rosu / 1 red pepper
- 1 praz / 1 leek
- 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lingura sos de soia / 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 lingura pasta de ardei / 1 tablespoon pepper sauce
- Ceapa verde / Green onion
- Ardei iute / Hot pepper
- Creveti / Shrimps
- 3 catei de usturoi / 3 garlic cloves
- Fulgi de chilli / Chilli flakes
- Susan / Sesame
Spalam crevetii si ii stergem cu un servet absorbant. Ii punem intr-un bol si adaugam usturoiul strivit, sare, fulgii de chilli, o lingurita de ulei de masline si ii lasam o ora la marinat in frigider.
Intr-un wok incingem restul de ulei de masline, adaugam ardeiul kapia si prazul taiate fasii. Prajim legumele la foc mare timp de 2 minute amestecand constant. Adaugam sosul de soia si pasta de ardei. Mai lasam 1 minut, apoi adaugam crevetii. Continuam sa gatim pentru inca 2 minute, amestecand astfel incat crevetii sa se gateasca pe toate partile.
Adaugam in wok taieteii de orez pregatiti in prealabil conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj. Amestecam bine si servim taieteii presarati cu seminte de susan, inele de ceapa verde si felii de ardei iute (daca sunteti fani picant).

Shrimps Noodles
Super simple, super fast. After the Beef Chinese Noodles and the Stir Fry Noodles, we try the rice noodles with shrimps.
Wash the shrimp and wipe them with an absorbent napkin. Put them in a bowl and add the crushed garlic, salt, chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and leave them for an hour to marinate in the fridge.
In a wok, heat the rest of the olive oil, add the pepper and the leek sliced . Fry the vegetables over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add soy sauce and pepper paste. Leave for another minute, then add the shrimps. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes, stirring so that the shrimps can cook on all sides.
Add to the wok the rice noodles prepared in advance according to the instructions from the package. Mix well and serve the noodles sprinkled with sesame seeds, green onion rings and hot pepper slices (if you are a spicy fan).
