Cred ca multi dintre voi stiti celebrul tik-tok cu paste, feta si rosii. Le-am incercat si eu… si reteta si filmuletul. Si surpriza.. filmuletul a fost pierdut din motive inexplicabile (😊), iar reteta in sine nu a trecut de testul suprem al copiilor. Asadar, am improvizat. Si a iesit o reteta demna de succes cu un filmulet pe masura! 😎

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)

  • 350 grame paste / 350 grams pasta
  • 250 grame camembert / 250 grams camambert
  • 100 grame cascaval / 100 grams hard cheese
  • 100 grame branza feta / 100 grams feta cheese
  • 50 grame parmezan / 50 grams parmesan
  • 100 ml smantana dulce / 100 ml double cream
  • 3 linguri ulei de masline / 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Piper / Pepper
  • Oregano / Oregano

Ungem o forma termorezistenta cu o lingura de ulei de masline. Asezam branza camembert, cascavalul si branza feta. Stropim cu restul de ulei de masline si presaram cu piper si oregano. Introducem tava in cuptorul incins la 170 grade Celsius pentru 25 de minute. Intre timp fierbem pastele conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj.

Scoatem tava din cuptor si cu ajutorul unei furculite mixam branzeturile, presaram jumatate din cantitatea de parmezan, adaugam pastele si smantana. Amestecam cu grija astfel incat sa nu strivim pastele.

Servim cu busuioc verde, piper si restul de parmezan.

Quattro Formaggi Pasta

I think many of you know the famous tik-tok with pasta, feta and tomatoes. I tried them too … the recipe and the video. And the surprise … the video was lost for inexplicable reasons (😊), and the recipe itself did not pass the children’s supreme test. So, I improvised. And a successful recipe came out with a great video! 😎

Grease a heat-resistant form with a tablespoon of olive oil. Place the camembert, hard cheese and feta cheese. Sprinkle with the rest of the olive oil and sprinkle with pepper and oregano. Put the tray in the oven heated to 170 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Remove the tray from the oven and mix the cheese mix with a fork, sprinkle with half the amount of Parmesan cheese, add the pasta and double cream. Mix carefully so as not to crush the pasta.

Serve with green basil, pepper and the rest of the parmesan.
