Pentru masa de pranz, va recomand sa incercati o reteta usoara: perisoare din carne de pui, preparate la abur sau prin fierbere invelite intr-un sos delicios de smantana si marar.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:
(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings):
- 400 grame carne de pui (piept si pulpe dezosate) / 400 grams chicken meat (chicken breast and legs)
- 1 dovlecel / 1 zucchini
- 1 ceapa mare / 1 onion
- 3 catei de usturoi / 3 garlic cloves
- 1 ou
- 1 lingura pesmet / 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 1 lingura faina intergala / 1 tablespoon wholemeal flour
- Sare / Salt
- Piper / Pepper
- Fulgi de chilli / Chilli flakes
- Marar / Dill
- Patrunjel / Parsley
- 25 grame unt / 25 grams butter
- 1 lingurita amidon / 1 teaspoon starch
- 200 ml lapte / 200 ml milk
- 4 linguri smantana / 4 tablespoon cream
Tocam carnea de pui. Tot prin masina de tocat trecem dovlecelul, o jumatate de ceapa si usturoiul. Adaugam oul, sare, piper, chilli, pesmetul, faina, mararul si patrunjelul tocate marunt.
Formam perisoarele si le punem la fiert in apa calda. Eu le-am preparat la abur timp de 20 de minute in aparatul de gatit cu aburi de la Tefal.
Intr-o craticioara am topit untul si am calit usor o jumatate de ceapa taiata marunt. Am adaugat amidonul, laptele si apa ramasa in tavita de la steam-er dupa ce au fiert perisoarele. Daca le pregatiti in mod clasic, adaugati o cescuta din apa in care au fiert perisoarele. Lasati sa fiarba timp de 10 minute. Adaugati smantana si apoi perisoarele. Mai lasati la foc mic timp de 10 minute si adaugati mararul tocat.
Le servim calde alaturi de o felie de paine integrala sau o garnitura de orez basmati.

For lunch, I recommend you try a light recipe: chicken meatballs, steamed or boiled in a delicious cream and dill sauce.
Minced the chicken meat. We also pass the zucchini, half of the onion and the garlic through the mincer. Add the egg, salt, pepper, chilli, breadcrumbs, flour, finely chopped dill and parsley.
Form the meatballs and boil them in hot water. I steamed them for 20 minutes in the Tefal steam cooker.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and lightly fry half a finely chopped onion. I added the starch, milk and water left in the steamer tray after the meatballs were boiling. If you boil them in the classic way, add a cup of water in which they cooked the meatballs. Let it boil for 10 minutes. Add the sour cream and then the meatballs. Let simmer for another 10 minutes and add the chopped dill.
Serve hot with a slice of wholemeal bread or a dish side of basmati rice.
