Din seria ce mai gatim rapid astfel incat sa satisfacem toate mofturile de la masa…. 😀Un astfel de platou, ne poate scoate din incurcatura.

Eu am ales: pastrama din pulpa de pui, telemea de vaca, carnati afumati (de supermarket .. 🤨 … nu-s foarte impacata cu ei, insa sunt preferatii copiilor), slanina afumata (obligatoriu servita cu mar), icre, legume dupa plac (rosii, castraveti, ceapa, ardei) si oua de prepelita.

Asa cum spuneam si in postarile anterioare, secretul acestor platouri consta in alegerea produselor de calitate. Recomandarea mea merge fie in executarea in propria gospodarie a anumitor produse, fie in directia afacerilor locale si in sustinerea micilor intreprinzatori.

Haideti sa ii facem cunoscuti prin postarile noastre pe cei care au curajul sa concureze cu marile lanturi de magazine. Astazi va fac cunostinta cu “Prepelitele lui Dan” Brasov … oua de prepelita proaspete, livrate direct la usa ta.

I chose: chicken meat pastrami, cheese, smoked sausages (from the supermarket .. 🤨 … I’m not very pleased with them, but they are children’s favorites), smoked bacon (obligatorily served with apple), tarama, vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers) and quail eggs.

As I said in previous posts, the secret of these trays is to choose quality products. My recommendation goes either homemade, or in the direction of the local business and in the support of the small entrepreneurs.
