Crostini in the Mix

Crostini reprezinta felii mici de paine prajita acoperite cu branzeturi, selectie de mezeluri, peste, legume.

Asa cum deja v-am obisnuit, va prezint idei simple (dar foarte colorate 😁) care sa va scoata din impas atunci cand aveti musafiri sau atunci cand doriti sa pregatiti o cina sau un mic dejun rapid.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:

  • Paine / Bread
  • Crema de branza / Cream cheese
  • Ricotta / Ricotta cheese
  • Avocado / Avocado
  • Oua fierte / Boiled eggs
  • Somon afumat / Salmon fumee
  • Prosciutto / Prosciutto
  • Ridichi / Radishes
  • Valeriana / Valerian
  • Ulei de masline / Olive oil
  • Ceapa verde / Green onion

Alegerea painii pentru acest aperitiv este importanta. Eu am ales paine integrala cu seminte. Insa puteti incerca ciabatta, sau baghete. Painea taiata felii se pune in cuptor la prajit.

Combinatiile alese de mine au fost:

  • Crema de branza Almette natur cu somon si marar
  • Ricotta cu prosciutto
  • Crema de branza Almette natur cu ridichi si cozi de ceapa verde
  • Ricotta cu felii de avocado si ceapa verde
  • Valeriana cu ou fiert (pentru aceasta varianta, ungeti feliile de paine cu ulei de masline)

Crostini are small slices of toast covered with cheese, meat selection, fish, vegetables.

As usual, I present simple (but very colorful 😁) ideas to help you when you have guests or when you want to prepare a quick dinner or breakfast.

Choosing bread for this appetizer is important. I chose wholemeal bread with seeds. But you can try ciabatta, or baguettes. The sliced bread is put in the oven to fry.

The combinations I chose were:

  • Almette natural cheese cream with salmon and dill
  • Ricotta with prosciutto
  • Almette natural cheese cream with radishes and green onion
  • Ricotta with avocado and green onion slices
  • Valerian with boiled egg (for this variant, grease the bread slices with olive oil)
