Savory Pancakes & Fried Eggs

Ingredientele pentru micul dejun sunt relativ limitate, insa imaginatia nu are margini. Asadar, ne putem bucura in fiecare dimineata de un mic dejun inedit, cum ar fi clatite gratinate cu cascaval si oua ochiuri.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)

  • 100 grame faina integrala / 100 grams wholemeal flour
  • 50 grame faina alba / 50 grams white flour
  • 1 ou / 1 egg
  • 300 ml apa minerala / 300 ml mineral water
  • 1 lingura ulei / 1 teaspoon oil
  • Sare / Salt
  • Piper / Pepper
  • 200 grame cascaval / 200 grams cheese
  • 6 linguri smantana / 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • 30 grame unt / 30 grams butter
  • 6 oua / 6 eggs
  • Ceapa verde / Green onions
  • Rosii / Tomatoes
  • Ulei de masline / Olive oil

Intr-un bol mixam faina, oul, apa minerala, uleiul, sarea si piperul. Incingem o tigaie si prajim pe rand clatitele. Umplem fiecare clatita cu o lingura de smantana si cascaval ras. Impaturim clatitele si le asezam intr-o tava. Pe fiecare clatita adaugam putin unt si introducem tava la cuptor pentru 10 minute pana cand clatitele sunt usor rumenite.

Servim clatitele cu oua ochiuri si o salata de rosii cu ceapa verde si ulei de masline.

The ingredients for breakfast are relatively limited, but the imagination has no limits. So, we can enjoy a unique breakfast every morning.

In a bowl mix flour, egg, mineral water, oil, salt and pepper. Heat a pan and fry the pancakes. Fill each pancake with a tablespoon of sour cream and grated cheese. Fold the pancakes and place them in a tray. On each pancake add a little butter and put the pan in the oven for 10 minutes until the pancakes are lightly browned.

Serve the pancakes with fried eggs and a tomato salad with green onions and olive oil.
