O reteta extrem de simpla si potrivita atat pentru un pranz sau o cina, si chiar pentru mic dejun. Avocado este fructul versatil care nu lipseste niciodata din frigiderul meu. El poate fi asociat cu alte legume, carne, oua, branzeturi, inlocuind cu succes maioneze, dressing-uri si alte sosuri.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 2 avocado / 2 avocado
- 4 cepe verzi / 4 green onions
- 250 grame ciuperci / 250 grams mushroom
- 2 linguri ulei masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lingura suc de lamaie / 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
- Sare / Salt
- Fulgi de chilli / Chilli flakes
- 2 felii paine integrala / 2 slices of wholemeal bread
Curatam ciupercile si le taiem felii subtiri. Incingem o lingura de ulei de masline intr-o tigaie si adaugam feliile de ciuperci. Le pregatim la foc mare timp de 5 minute, presaram sare si adaugam usturoiul zdrobit. Mai lasam pe foc timp de 2-3 minute.
Intr-un bol, punem avocado, ceapa verde taiata marunt, sare, sucul de lamaie si o lingura de ulei de masline. Presam amestecul cu ajutorul unei furculite si amestecam.
Pentru servire, punem crema de avocado pe fiecare felie de paine prajita si adaugam ciupercile. Presaram cu fulgi de chilli.

Avocado & Mushroom Toast
An extremely simple recipe suitable for a lunch or dinner, or even for breakfast. Avocado is the versatile fruit that is never missing from my fridge. It can be combined with other vegetables, meat, eggs, cheeses, successfully replacing mayonnaise, dressing and other sauces.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and add the mushroom slices. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, sprinkle with salt and add the crushed garlic. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
In a bowl, put avocado, finely chopped green onions, salt, lemon juice and a tablespoon of olive oil. Press the mixture with a fork and mix.
To serve, put the avocado cream on each slice of toast and add the mushrooms and chilli flakes.
