“Scrambled” = mancare pe baza de oua batute, sare si unt preparate intr-o tigaie la foc mic … conform Wikipedia.
Pentru mine “scrambled” inseamna micul dejun perfect, mai ales daca vine la pachet cu cativa prieteni gen guacamole, somon, salata.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings):
- 4 oua / 4 eggs
- 1 avocado / 1 avocado
- 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
- 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lingurita suc de lamaie / 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 lingurite ulei de masline / 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 20 grame unt / 20 grams butter
- Somon afumat / Smoked salmon
- Baby spanac / Baby spinach
- Otet balsamic / Balsamic vinegar
- Sare / Salt
- Fulgi de chilli / Chilli flakes
Pana sa ne apucam de “scrambled”, pregatim prietenii. Si incepem cu guacamole. Intr-un bol punem avocado, ceapa taiata marunt, usturoiul strivit, sucul de lamaie, uleiul de masline si sarea. Cu ajutorul unei furculite strivim avocado si il amestecam cu restul ingredientelor.
Pentru “scrambled”, spargem ouale intr-un bol si le batem usor cu o furculita. Intre timp incingem intr-o tigaie untul cu o lingurita de ulei de masline. Turnam ouale batute si reducem focul la minim. Amestecam in mod constant pana cand sunt coagulate.
Pentru servire, repartizam guacamole pe felia de paine prajita, apoi ouale scrambled si la sfarsit somonul afumat. Presaram fulgi de chilli si servim cu o salata de baby spanac asortata cu putin ulei de masline, ceapa rosie si otet balsamic.

For me, „scrambled” means the perfect breakfast, especially if it comes with some friends like guacamole, salmon, salad.
Until we start the „scrambled”, prepare friends. Let’s start with guacamole. In a bowl put avocado, finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and salt. With a fork, crush the avocado and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
For the „scrambled”, break the eggs in a bowl and beat them lightly with a fork. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil. Pour the beaten eggs and reduce the heat to a minimum. Stir constantly until they are done.
For serving, spread guacamole on a slice of toast, then scrambled eggs and finally smoked salmon. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and serve with a baby spinach salad with a olive oil, red onion and balsamic vinegar.
