Nimic nou … insa cum le gatim astfel incat sa fie perfecte? De-a lungul timpului am incercat mai multe variante pana am ajuns la gustul desavarsit … pufoase si extrem de gustoase.

Astazi este despre impartasit secrete… 😄

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 1 portie / for 1 serving)

  • 2 oua / 2 eggs
  • 1 lingurita ulei de masline / 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 20 grame unt / 20 grams butter
  • 1/2 lingura smantana / 1/2 tablespoon sour cream
  • Sare / Salt

Intr-un bol batem ouale cu un praf de sare. Intr-o tigaie punem uleiul de masline si untul. Cand untul este topit adaugam ouale batute. Si acum sa trecem la secrete!

Secretul 1: pregatim intotdeauna omleta la foc mic.

Secretul 2: amestecam constant ouale astfel incat sa nu le dam posibilitatea sa se lipeasca de tigaie.

Secretul 3: cand sunt usor coagulate stingem focul (nu le gatim in exces deoarece devin tari si uscate).

Secretul 4: le lasam sa se raceasca usor (1 -2 minute), adaugam smantana si amestecam.

Savuram apoi “scrambled eggs” perfecte alaturi de o salata verde, prosciutto cotto si un croissant integral cu seminte.

Nothing new … but how do we cook them in order to be perfect? Over time I tried several options until I came to the perfect taste … fluffy and extremely tasty.

In a bowl whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt. Put the olive oil and butter in a pan. When the butter is melted, add the eggs. And now let’s move on to secrets!

Secret 1: always prepare the eggs over low heat

Secret 2: constantly mix the eggs so that we don’t give them the possibility to stick to the pan

Secret 3: when they are slightly coagulated we extinguish the fire (we do not cook them in excess because they become dry)

Secret 4: let them cool slightly (1 -2 minutes), add sour cream and mix

Then enjoy „scrambled eggs” perfect with a lettuce, prosciutto cotto and a whole croissant with seeds.
