De pui, de porc … nici nu conteaza … o nebunie usor de pregatit. Exceleaza cu tot felul de arome de lamaie și usturoi si sunt absolut perfecte servite cu o portie generoasa de sos tzatiki si cateva lipii. Adaugati cativa cartofi pregatiti fara ulei in Actifry si o salata greceasca colorata si veti avea o experienta culinara mediteraneana perfecta!

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS:

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)

  • 1 muschiulet de porc / 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 piept de pui / 1 chicken breast
  • 2 lingurite oregano / 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 lingurite cimbru / 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 4 catei de usturoi / 4 gatlic cloves
  • 2 lingurite otet de mere / 2 teaspoons apple vinegar
  • 2 lingurite suc de lamaie / 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sare / Salt
  • Piper / Pepper

Extrem de simplu. Taiem carnea in cubulete, adaugam toate condimentele, amestecam bine si lasam la marinat. Ideal este sa incepem pregatirea acestor frigarui in ziua precedentă, pentru a oferi carnii sansa de a se fi marinat foarte bine.

Dupa marinare, trecem carnea pe bete de frigarui. Incingem o tigaie fara a mai adauga ulei. Se prajesc frigaruile cate 2 minute pe fiecare parte.

Servim cu multa pofta alaturi de un sos tzatiki si lipii calde.

Flavoured with all lemon and garlic flavors and are absolutely perfect served with a generous portion of tzatiki sauce and pita bread. Add some Actifry potatoes and a colorful Greek salad and you will have the perfect Mediterranean culinary experience!

Extremely simple. Cut the meat into cubes, add all the spices, mix well and leave to marinate. It is ideal to start preparing these skewers the day before, to give the meat a chance to be marinated very well.

After marinating, pass the meat on skewer sticks and cook them in a well heated pan without adding oil. Fry the skewers for 2 minutes on each side.

Serve with tzatiki sauce and pita bread.
